August I purchased a new Windows Home for my computer from Trusted Tech Team because I (erroneously) thought my current Windows operating system was malfunctioning, causing my computer to crash each time a large, new Windows update was sent out by Microsoft When asked for a review, I rated Trusted Tech Team highly, as their price, service, & support were excellent However, I rated Windows poorly as I (erroneously) thought Windows was causing my computer to repeatedly crash Turns out I was wrong, and I need to set the record straight The problem causing my computer to crash was a faulty disc drive in my computer, NOT Windows In fact, the engineers at Microsoft had anticipated such a potential problem, and had built in a method for me to recover my computer's function after each update-induced crash So, my apologies to the Microsoft engineers, who really DID sweat the details, and produced a very good product (Windows Home)

Able to easily find , purchase receive software products and get assistance when needed

Got the best price on MS Office from these folks, and they delivered the license and detailed download instructions within a couple of hours
