The price was good and a phone call to the company assured me of their tech supportThe download went smoothly but I had to do it twice because the first time I used a DVD that had been used before and I ended up copying the .iso file to the diskAs a result, the new machine did not find the find the fileThe second time I used a new disk and burned the .iso image to itThen the new machine found it and installed Win Suggestion: in the instructions, mention the need to use a new disk and not copy the .iso image onto a used disk Needed to download twice due to first DVD not working: machine did not recognize it, presumably because it had been used before and .iso file had to be copied to itOther than that, transaction was goodSuggestion: put note in instructions about having to use a new DVD disk
