investments totaling pages After review of the investigators report, no information was “puffed up.” The report was in a standard point Times New Roman font.*** * was not satisfied with the content of the reports, and requested that the Private Investigator obtain the further information requested by *** * using unconventional and illegal methods Unfortunately, after viewing crime television customers frequently think we can go into private dwellings “disguised” to obtain requested information however, this is known as “breaking and entering” and a punishable crime Not to mention, the investigator would lose their license Once explained to *** * that this is not a route we take and that it is illegal, he steadily became angry with the results he paid for The crux of this issue is not inadequate investigative work or the font size of the report, it is that *** * asked for an unethical and illegal means to an end, from an investigator with great integrity who respects his license and the industry This is not what the investigator nor Trustify stand for.Trustify links customers with a vast network of private investigators with geographical flexibility Trustify cannot and will not obtain the requested information through immoral and illegal practices We highly suggest that *** * reach out the aforementioned private investigator he previously used to see if he will undertake his request.Per our Terms of Service: Your assigned investigator will do everything legally within their means to achieve your desired outcome in the number of hours that you have approvedHowever, we do not offer any guarantee that the investigator will be able to achieve your desired outcome and we do not offer refunds based on outcomes or resultsAdditionally, though all of our investigators are licensed and vetted by our team, we cannot guarantee the suitability, work quality, or professional ability of our third party investigatorsIt is your responsibility to determine if the investigator with whom you are matched will meet your needs and expectations.Tell us why here

locationsIt is common for investigators to provide a recommendation of a plan of action as well as the estimated number of hours a case might take but these are just suggestions that clients do not need to move forward withFor this situation, the investigator did provide multiple recommendations to make the case as effective as possible, however, in the end the client wanted him to follow her requestsWe have spoken to this client multiple times trying to rectify the situation and have offered to send a report but the client denied this offer the last time we spokeWe are still more than happy to send this to herUnfortunately, in this industry, results are not guaranteed and we as well as the investigator did everything we could to assist the client"

I had an investigation done by Trustify IncI needed video evidence for my court case and I am not pleased with the outcomeFirst I want everyone to know that they subcontract out the jobsThey seem to go with the lowest bidder as the results I received are sub par The company they hired seemed to monitor parking lots mostly and did not seem to be professionaly suitable for this taskThe equipment used was a very old video camera without night visionI feel that Trustify didn't inquire about the type of equipment to be used by the investigators for such an investigation as the quality of the video is far below what a paying customer would expect in Trail cameras are far better than what the investigators used for my caseWhen the investigation was over and I went to get the evidence, the company that they hired did not even show me their work while I was thereI was handed a mini disc in a folded up envelope and the disc itself had scratches on itI had to get the video on a different format in order for me to be able to view it and play it for the lawyersThe lawyers suggested that I inquire about the officers who shot the video to possibly show up to court to make their testimony of what happened if need beI am still waiting for a reply to this inquiry from Trustify, as they said they will look into it and get back to meTwo days later, and I am still waiting to hear back from Trustify on thisThe video was grainy and poorly shot while attempting to get the evidence I would need to hold up in courtThe video didn't even have a time or date stamp on the screen, but this information was spoken out loud for the recordingI would think twice before spending your money with this company and I hope my testimony will help anyone with their search for an investigation move on to another company that does its own investigating, and is more suitable for the task needed to be doneBuyer Beware!

During the initial stages of the clients investigation, the investigator that was originally assigned became unresponsive after many attempts to contact themBecause of this, and the clients dissatisfaction, we assigned a new investigator and comped the client additional hours to her case for
total hours of investigative servicesThe new investigator was able to complete the case and provide the client the answers they were searching for, and this client is satisfied with both the outcome of the case and how Trustify resolved the original situation.

I am rejecting this response because:The letter was received, it still doesn't contain the name of the investigatorIt is worthless as it won't be admissible in court! The investigators name is not included in the report and there are pertinent facts left outIt's inconceivable that they can't contact the firm that they hired this so called investigator fromThe letter as it stands could have been written by anybody as far as it stands, therefore is inadmissible in legal proceedings.

After doing some searches on my own, I had Trustify search for a phone number for my old girlfriend in L.AI'm in CO SpringsTrustify charged me for four hours of searching and turned up nothing I didn't already have but a bad phone numberI suspect they spent half an hour or less on my case
