Date: Thu, Jan 12, at 5:PMSubject: [redacted] Complaint ( [redacted] )To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgHi ***,Below, please find our response to this customer's complaint:"The client requested surveillance take place at multiple locations in Hunstville Alabama and the investigator did go to these locationsIt is common for investigators to provide a recommendation of a plan of action as well as the estimated number of hours a case might take but these are just suggestions that clients do not need to move forward withFor this situation, the investigator did provide multiple recommendations to make the case as effective as possible, however, in the end the client wanted him to follow her requestsWe have spoken to this client multiple times trying to rectify the situation and have offered to send a report but the client denied this offer the last time we spokeWe are still more than happy to send this to herUnfortunately, in this industry, results are not guaranteed and we as well as the investigator did everything we could to assist the client"
