At the beginning of 2020, my company switched to this insurance. When I enrolled I went with the PPO option but after a few weeks I realized that it was really taking a chunk of my check and decided to switch to HSA. All was good until 3 months later when the stock market tanked and our job was shut down due to coronavirus, Trustmark decided to say I couldn't switch and made me go back to PPO. I only worked one day that week and their insurance took HALF of my check. Looking forward to cancelling it when I get back to work.

Sent in paperwork. CT showing fracture. They want an MRI to confirm it. I sent in everything the forms ask for and still isn't good enough. Now, I have to get more things done, while not being able to drive because of a broken foot! This insurance is definitely not a good investment. You're better off not even reading about "all their wonderful benefits" that you pay extra for. They love taking your money, but they do not insure you like they state! Waste of my money and time!

Representatives from Trustmark came to my place of employment to sell us their services. We were given misleading & false information as to what we were signing up for. We were made promises that can’t be granted now that we are all trying to file claims. I had Aflac previously, explained to the lady that I wanted the same coverage, and went into detail with her as to what I was looking for. We were promised that Trustmark covered everything and more!! Now that we are filing claims, we are finding out that these were all lies. They cover bare minimum. I asked to be reimbursed for my services, which they refused because they said it wasn’t their fault. I have not been able to file one claim with them, because everything we provide is not enough. They are very misleading & dishonest!!

Horrible insurance.
They are refusing to pay for a necessary surgery for an extremely rare tumor surgical removal.
With very few doctors who have experience with this type of tumor and surgery, I have no other choice but to go out of network for the procedure to a specialist which is going to cost me $50k.
Trustmark/Coresource is paying ZERO.
ZERO.
Why bother having insurance.

The idea that a company this size has an inability to allow its customers to pay online is ludicrous.

I have had two insurance policies with Trustmark provided through my former employer, and it's been a long process to try to cancel them. Apparently since it is a supplemental policy they don't know if your employment has been terminated, though they had no problem sending the bills to your address instead of the employer for paycheck deduction, which is pretty shady to begin with. In addition, it's very difficult to get a hold of any agent over the phone, and if you're lucky some of them are so rude as to hang up on you. Thank god I've never had to file a claim with them while the policies were active, because I'd have hated to find out what sort of hoops to jump through to get that done.

Received insurance services provided through the ***r P H Employment ended 09/04/19. Received billing for dates Oct 1 through Oct 31.

I have been back and forth with Trustmark going on two almost three months now. When I originally signed up for life insurance for my kids and I, I was told my monthly payment would be about $40 a month (sounded great). I signed up for life Insurance through Trustmark August 1st,2019 (my effected date). They were billing my HR taking $38.39 weekly out of my check, I explained this was incorrect, my corporate HR called Trustmark to get this all fixed and she thought she got it taken care of with them. But WRONG! Trustmark owed me almost $400 back for overcharging me on my policy. I was told my refund would be to me within 7 to 10 business days. Ok there again no problem. I received two $15 checks from Trustmark on 11/11. Tried calling in regards to this and got absolutely NO help from the customer service team! So I reach back out to my corporate HR to see if she could help me because shes the only one to EVER get anywhere with this company! In the meantime of all this nothing but headache dealing with them my policy is no where to be found and I look today and now my kids policies are no where to be found! I NEVER cancelled policies or whatever you want to say!!!! So someone has taken upon themselves to remove these policies or something. This just is NOT right! I wouldn`t recommend this company to AMYONE seeking life insurance! Defiantly should have read reviews myself before signing up with them!

The customer service is awful, the representatives lie and aren't caring nor consistent. I don't trust this company. I was told last month I owe $128.07 for life insurance and I sent in a voided check but they say they never got it. Today I'm told I owe over $500 for life insurance that makes no sense. I ask to speak with a supervisor but I got a voicemail. I left a message but then called back and got the same nasty representative and she sent me right back to the voicemail even though I said I would wait for a supervisor.

I have an accident policy with Trustmark and my claim was denied. And reasons for non-payment is suspect! This company is a rip-off! You will have a difficult time if you ever need to file a claim. They should at least to the right thing as customers purchase insurance in good faith. The least they could honor what they sale.

This insurance is absolutely horrible. This is my second attempt at a claim with Trustmark. This insurance is supposed to help ease the patients mind in the case of an injury. That is the exact opposite here....My first claim was horrible and got to the point that a manager had to intervene and assist me wit my claim because the first representative was rude and very unhelpful.
My second claim has already started off just as bad. My daughter tore the cartilage in her wrist, requiring a cast and then extensive therapy after the cast is removed. My claim was denied because they claim that my daughters injury occured while performing a normal activity. What the ***? Don't most accidents occur from performing normal activity? That is why it is called an accident? My daughter tore her cartilage while lifting weights in her class at school. How in the world can you deny a claim that was an accident? This is an accident policy? I have found that on both my claims, I have had to argue and fight to get the benefits I signed up and paid for!
My recommendation is to stay far away from this scamming company! They are horrible to deal with and do not protect their patients!

After the death of my brother in law I helped my sister file a life insurance claim with Trustmark and I was met with nothing but cold, indifference. I requested forms to be sent by mail to begin the claims process. Instead they paid out the claim without being able to review the benefits. When I called to ask for a policy/benefit information they flat out refused. To this day I have no idea whether we were paid the correct amount or not. I urge people to stay away from Trustmark particularly with life insurance polices. Your family will have a difficult time if they ever need to file a claim.

You can't access any of your account information online. You have to call representative so that they can relay YOUR account information from THEIR online system, even thought you are not allowed access to the latter.

This reeks of shadiness, incompetence or some sinister mixture of the two.

Very unprofessional will avoid trying to actually speak with you with and reply by letter. Uses pre existing condition on almost every denied claim!!! Will say how Benifical this benifit is to have but when it comes down to paying out on a claim they have nothing but excuses!!! Don't waste your time or money with them!!!

I enrolled in trustmart life insurance with my employer. The initial premium was deducted from my pay and I then changed status and wanted to self pay the policy. This took about 20 phone calls and 4 months to finially get implemented. I pain the policy until the end of the month and payment was posted to the policy on the 10th of the month. In the following weeks I receieved statment for the preceediing months. I can not believe that a company can stay in buissness with this type of practice. They can not at all service the needs of their customers. Not billing or double billing seems the was despite almost weekly calls the attempt to fix the problem. I would like to know if all insurance companies are so unrealible. I think I should just cancel the policy and try anouther company maybe that knows what they are doing.
