This company was quick to provide a quote and arrange for a pibut from that point forward our experience with them was extremely negative They never actually arranged for a pickup to occur and constantly made excuses like the vehicle that would be assigned had mechanical problems, etc I made frequent inquiries and was never responded to I would highly recommend AGAINST using the services of this company Their customer service skills and follow-through are extremely lacking and negative

DO NOT do business with them...They say they are family oriented and for the military...They are NEITHER! They quote one price and do not keep to it. Robbie promised the price would not go up. The car was not picked up on time even though they had a month to schedule it. It was for kids in the military. The do not answer the phone, texts or emails. They do not care about you as a person. By the time the car was actually picked up the price went up $300. They did NOT call to see if that was o.k or not. They obviously think people have money trees in there back yard. I was told upon delivery if I don't pay the money the car would be put in storage. Robbie and Johnny are out for themselves. NOT MILITARY DO NOT CALL THEM they SUCK! If I could give the a negative 10 I would

I want this information made public on Revdex.com and their claims on their
website and quotes they send to potential customers reviewed. They should post somewhere either on the website or the shipping invoice that not all quotes will be accurate and more money may be needed to fulfill the...

contract.  Or better yet be told they need to honor all quotes once the order has been placed even if they have to pay the difference to the shipping company.

I picked Trusty Transport for its "stellar" reviews online but have been completely disappointed by my experience. Pickup for my car was TWO WEEKS past the date I had requested. Robbie was completely unresponsive to my questions, especially after order was placed. They tried picking up my car 3 days before my requested date (which was impossible for me) and then I didn't hear from them for more than TWO WEEKS. It was only when I asked to cancel my order that, miraculously, my car was scheduled for pick up the next day.
Driver never called like Robbie said he would to set up a pick up time until a few hours beforehand. Also didn't call with any status updates when he failed to show up with the delivery on the date I was told it would arrive. I don't mind slight delay but an update by email, text or phone would've been nice.
I had also asked for a price match and Robbie gave me $20 off my original quote. However, he later denied (even though I had all this on email) and was again unresponsive when I forwarded the email proof. I wasn't going to fight with him over $20 but it was the principle of the matter.
Overall, a completely frustrating experience and horrible customer service. I do not recommend to anyone.

I was hasty in my response. I only caught the last sentence of, "I apologize for wasting your time." and thought it was a blow off. I would highly recommend AGAINST using the services of this company. Their customer service skills and follow-through are extremely lacking and negative.

Customer is trying to extort us. He told me that he would pay up to $1,000 if we could get it done because he had hired multiple companies to move it all charging him $1,000. We got it done cheaper for $950 and at no profit for us.  Just because he lost deposits with other companies it is...

no reason to try and extort the money from us.

On 8/31/15 I received a quote from Trusty Transport for $568. I accepted the quote and booked with them. I inquired about how long it would take to assign a driver, and was told 2 days (that was on 9/1/15). I inquired on 9/8/15 if a driver was assigned, and the response was, "Loading Thursday and delivering Saturday.". I received a call from the driver on Friday stating the price was $695 and the car would be delivered on Monday. I explained to him I was quoted $568. The driver texted me the Bill of Laden showing that Trusty Transport had indeed contracted him at $695 even though they had provided me a written quote for $568. The driver was George with Happy Snappy Transport and he was very nice, and apologized that I had been caught in the middle. I reached out to Trusty Transport but Robbie was unwilling to honor his quoted price. I paid the $695 when my car was delivered. I would caution anyone considering using Trusty Transport to beware of bait and switch tactics.
