Amateur in every way - Don't return cell or email messages, send messages to wrong destination. Waited a WEEK (!) to tell me they couldn't fit my Trike (which is what I told them I had) into their truck (they sent two, two times who didn't read the shipping information). Then they demanded hundreds more to ship it because of size. READ THE U-SHIP DOCUMENT! Wasted two valuable weeks trying to contact them and get a different shipper. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER for anything. And they did this to me - a consumer advocate, who reviews global products, services and business for fraud, quality, reporting to blogs, state-federal-and international agencies for enforcement. Just imagine what they do to someone who is not an attorney!!!

Scammers! Thieves! Absolutely do not do business with these crooks. Robbie is a nice guy but oh boy will he rip you off! Paid to get my car transported from Phoenix to Long Beach. He lied and lied about the pick up date. Worst of all: I paid him through PayPal, but he requested to pay "as a gift/friend to avoid fees". Turns out PayPal doesn't cover scams under the "gift" label. This guy is a complete thief, stay away!!! Read all the reviews here and on Yelp...

Stay COMPLETELY away from Trusty Transport! I didn't even get a chance to use them and found them to be completely rude and unreliable! After doing some simple research I found multiple negative reviews. I questions Robbie at Trusty Transport about it and he became belligerent. DO NOT use Trust Transport!!!

He wanted us to match a brokers price that was $100 less. I tried to explain to him that did not include the brokers deposit/service fee. Read the fine print in their contract. They are famous for it. Brokers can not be cheaper than a carrier. He wanted to hire us and knew something was wrong but flipped out as soon as I showed him the proof.

DO NOT do business with them.....They say they are family oriented and for the military...They are NEITHER!!!!!!!!!!! They quote one price and do not keep to it. Robbie promised the price would not go up. The car was not picked up on time even though they had a month to schedule it. It was for kids in the military. The do not answer the phone, texts or emails. They do not care about you as a person. By the time the car was actually picked up the price went up $300. They did NOT call to see if that was o.k or not. They obviously think people have money trees in there back yard. I was told upon delivery if I don't pay the money the car would be put in storage. Robbie and Johnny are out for themselves. NOT MILITARY DO NOT CALL THEM they SUCK!!!!! If I could give the a negative 10 I would

Vehicle was from AZ to IN during "snowbird season". Quotes are good for 14 days. When snowbirds are going to AZ in the early winter freight coming out is very cheap. Supply and Demand. So when we quote in October a price it is the opposite in April when the pricing goes in reverse. This was explained multiple times over a 3 month period.

I am active duty military and I needed to ship my vehicle. I requested quotes through a website and came accross Trusty Transport and looked at their website, their propaganda seemed convising saying that they do not charge a broker fee to get your car shipped and to “follow the advice of the Revdex.com” of not giving credit card information. I contacted the company and placed my order October 3,2018 I even called the bussiness to make sure everything was good to go Robert then adviced me to read the invoice to pay the driver upon delivery with cash and said I would receive a call one day prior to schedule pick up for 19 December 2018. I called 18 December at 09:01am to ask if it was possible to have my car picked up Friday instead, I also mentioned if it wasn’t possible that would be okay they can still pick up the car 19 December. Robbie said he would call the driver that was currently in Oklahoma and see if that was a possibility since most drivers want to spend the holidays at home. I mentioned I haven’t heard from the driver yet and he said the driver is supposed to contact me not him contacting the driver but he would still do it. That evening I called to inquire about the reaponse and see if my car was wetting picked up the 19th or Friday the 21st at this point I’m okay with either . After several attempts to call and text I then called a different company that adviced me I was still on the “board” which meant no driver was assigned to my shipment but it said that my car was under trusty transport. He advised me to message Robert to take me off the board which I did along with emails, calls and text messages and I got no response only the voicemail that doesn’t allow to leave messages and an automated message “can’t talk, text me”. The new company I hired said trusty keeps on increasing the bidd for my vehicle and they are putting on a bidding war against myself. I attempted to call trusty again without any luck. I’m calling dispatch tomorrow and hopefully the remove me from the board.

We tried being honest and it backfired because these brokers have a very good sales pitch mostly based on lies and scare tactics and have fine tuned the pitch to get people to fire somebody like us and go with them. It happens every day. We told this young lady that it would be difficult to get a driver to load the 19th on a 5 to 6 day run to Virginia Beach. We do not send trucks over the Rockies in poor weather with a double decker truck if it is icy or windy. It is safer to go down the coast of Calif and across. It takes a little longer and requires more fuel but our driver safety is first. We asked to make it available a few days earlier also because it would get our driver home by Christmas to be with his family. Of course the broker told her they could accomodate and do it cheaper. Knowing how this was going to turn out we put it out to everybody who runs the route for all of the money. We would work for free just trying to take care of a fellow military person. The broker put it out for $100 less. Thru the process we have tried to be honest and if you are a fellow carrier are you going to take the contract from a company who has been in business for decades for $1150 or from a broker who has been in business a few years and for $1000. The broker of course when they couldn't get it done blamed it on us. They currently have it for sale on the internet for $1200 charging the customer $1350. So it has still not been done and the customer is paying $200 more than what we would have got it done for. We tried to give good advice and realistic dates based on decades of experience and simple common sense. We tried to do it for free. Being honest has gone to the wayside in this industry.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because Trusty did not give me half of the information explained on my complaints response. I was told the day before the scheduled pick up that the driver was supposed to contact me to meet me the next day . I told Robert that if the car had to be shipped at a later day that I was okay with that I then waited to a call without any luck I attempted to contact Robert that evening and the next day, after 36 hours of no answers or call from the unknown driver I decided to to though another company. Why? Because I did not receive any response what so ever until two response from my complaint here. Not only did you not want my business because you didn’t answer you increased the bidd for my car so I had difficulties shipping it. Price is not an issue all I wanted was good service that you were not willing to provide me. Thanks to you now I will not have my car here on time. If the dates I requested were unrealistic due to the holidays and weather conditions this should have been advised to me back in October or even the day before the scheduled shipment.
Regards

Trusty Transport, specifically Mr. Anderson, lacks the communication skills needed to run a customer service based business. After agreeing to their quote, I received an email saying that the price had increased 10%. I agreed to this seeing how I was quoted a month earlier. I had previously spoke to Mr. Anderson on the phone where he stated it's typical for them to have a truck scheduled for delivery within 2 days but it may take up 4-5. After agreeing to the quote on a Thursday, I attempted to call Trusty Transport to get a status update the following Monday. There was no answer. I sent a text and email as well and got a response only stating that " we are still working it." Two days later I emailed them once again to check on progress of finding a driver and to inform them that I was under time constraints due to an upcoming move and if there wasn't any timeframe of when they could assign me a driver, I would have to pursue other options. That email prompted a very defensive response from Trusty Transport, claiming another broker has my claim posted for sale on the internet. To avoid altercation with the constant, I attempted to call and talk to Mr. Anderson about the situation and clear up smuty confusion we both may have had. He did not answer and texted me saying he was unable to talk so text him instead. I responded "Mr Anderson, in trying to figure out or standing if you can please reach out to me where we can discuss what is happening. "
Hue told me there was nothing to discuss and they were still working on it.... Most drivers are boycotting San Diego and can fill their loads in LA without having to go to San Diego ".
Trusty Transport claims to not be a broker and operates their own trucks but yet can't schedule a pickup in a certain location? That tells me they are in fact a broker. I requested to terminate our agreement and asked for paperwork to show as such. The one good thing that I can say about the company is they do not require any payment informing to initiate their work so I'm not out anything but time. I did not get a response from Mr Anderson nor any other representative from Trusty Transport in my to cancel our agreement. Stay far away from them if you value your time, and from what others day, your money as well.

When a customer hires multiple brokers and they post your contract for sale all over the internet we do not wish to be involved. We do not want to put you on our schedule and we get there and there is no vehicle. We get 6mpg.

Do NOT do business with this company for many reasons. I called the company about shipping my car from Louisiana to California. I put my order and after that they were just whatever about my situation. I told them I would need it by Saturday and they rushed my parents on Monday to get it shipped on time. They said it would be here by Friday and it wasn’t. Saturday still nothing. Sunday still nothing so I called and they would not answer and said text only. At this point I’m upset that my car is not here on time because I had a new job that I start on Monday which had to get pushed back another week because of this. When I confront him about it he says “do not threaten me.” They have a bunch of excuse for why it’s not here on time. So when it finally gets here I told the driver I will give him a certain amount because they did not keep their end of the deal. So I called Billy and told him he did not keep his end of the deal. And he tells me ***” I confronted him about that and he goes on bashing me about my personal life. I have messages to prove this statement. I will upload the messages I received from Billy I think his name is.

Customer requested a quote on Monday from La. to central Ca. We agreed to send a truck for loading Tuesday and delivering following Monday. Driver was hit *** on by a drunk driver wed. in New Orleans area and we got another truck there in 7 hours to transfer vehicles and continue on. The customers were all informed of this and the driver sent pictures of his damaged truck and their vehicles undamaged. At delivery Tuesday the customer said he was short $39. When the driver refused to deliver the customer told him that he called our office and we agreed to lower the price $400 for the one day delay. The driver called us in front of customer and confirmed the lie. We then had to call his self described "baby momma" in La. so she could make the payment. She said he was a complete loser and she would pay anything to get him out of La. and away from her daughter. He then called me and said he was going to get on a plane and fly to Md. and *** in front of me. He said he was a convicted felon for murder for *** who deserved it but he got out early on a technicality. He said he was also going to *** before he cut off my ***. He then texted me a picture of some type of legal document with his name on it for being arrested. I called his "Baby Momma" and asked her if I should be worried. She said no he was arrested for child support and is a" complete punk wanna be gangsta. All mouth and a complete worthless *** That he was not any threat to anybody but the people in his life that he sponges off of. Worse mistake of her life and thankful that he is gone. He said terrible things on the phone to multiple people in the office and sucked me into engaging in text messages. The driver said he was your typical looking punk with his pants falling off and a white tank top and was completely apologetic when caught lying and looked like he was going to cry. Not a tough guy at all. People like him say vile things via text and email but never in person. Based on my conversations with him I am surprised that he figured out how to file a complaint with only 6 grammatical errors. He seemed more ignorant on the phone. The service we provided was exceptional by industry standards. Scheduling, loading, cross country delivery all in a week. Clearly there will be no refund for this

1. He’s a liar because my “baby mama” doesn’t live in Louisiana. She lives in California.

2. I did not have on a white tank top that day.

3. I actually said I would pay him $600 for being late (it was supposed to be here Friday instead of Tuesday) but he clearly doesn’t know simple math

4. I have the driver’s number, my parents, my “baby mama” are all my witnesses. And I have texts as proof.

5. He’s really the most delusional person I ever talked to. He called me a *** and now he’s lying trying to save his 1 star business

I have proof of his words and I let the reviews speak for itself. I also have the driver as my witness bc I had him on speaker phone. I have documents and witnesses that this man is a liar just like he does his business. Also I see other customers feel the same way.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Trusty Transport picked up my car for $1300.00 on December 28th and said it would arrive on January 7th or January 8th at the latest. They were not communicative, would never provide me with an update. Wouldn't answer my phone calls and what was suppose to take 7 - 10 days to deliver, took 21 days.

They never apologized for the delay or gave an explanation - my car was held up for an additional 4 days and I was just told to "deal with it". I am shocked they are still in business. They would go days without contacting me with an update and just flight out lied.

There's a huge discrepancy between 7 - 10 days and 21 days for delivery. They did nothing to remedy this, and as a customer that's unacceptable. Their cars are equipped to handle rough weather, and they could have avoided anything unexpected had they arrived in the time frame that we ageed to on our contract.
