Been asking for my documents for over 6mos. I keep getting excuses. I'm receiving IRS letters. This company keeps giving me the runaround.
Truth Induced Financial has an online portal to upload documents. I uploaded collection letter to my portal account on 9/5/2018. Rodney *** accessed the document 9/18/2018. Did not hear anything from them. I made several calls and texts to Georgena *** regarding the letters and my requests for documents and to date, still have not received anything. I have paid $600 for services and the requests go unanswered.
I am requesting a refund of $600 and my documents I have requested for the year in question 2015 and 2016 tax years. More importantly I would like all my returns (2013 or 2014 through 2017) to be mailed asap.
We have spoken to the client and have resolved the issue. The client has all copies and a good understanding of the process and why we had a lapse in communication on the files. Ms. was set with a strategy and we could not continue and once we realized the expenses documentation won't change we prepared 2016 and although I filed we did perform the services.
The client based on last communication with ownership decided to file directly with entity.

The IRS clearly stated 2016 tax year was never filed and once I spoke to Mr. concerning issue, I asked him to file 2016 when he reached out to me after I filed Revdex.com complaint. A few days passed and I said I would have IRS file on my behalf if they (Truth Induced) had not filed yet. His response was "great".
As of today we have contacted the client via text for response on whether or not we should file the 1040 we were paid to prepare and did, or would she be using the IRs to file it, and informing the client they don't itemize personal expenses which we still had the ability to do in 2016.
I have attached the response. If the client is asking for anything additional she is not responding as such, and I an aware that the client was informed that the work was done, and due to the previously explained situation we halted on filing. We look to close this complaint and wish her the best.

I am confused as to why the Company insists the 2016 taxes were filed when the IRS letter indicates differently. If at all possible, I would like to be reimbursed since you said I paid you, but had to have the taxes filed elsewhere.
Truth Induced Financial have prepared my returns since 2015. Rodney *** has informed me year after of my credits,deductions, and new laws to allow me my full refund. IRS has even audit my past returns because now I'm professionally represented. Even the taxes I filed myself(Taxact) and have been audited Truth Induced was there and helped.
