I am rejecting this response because: they provided the worst customer service & also made promises on the phone from [redacted] and also by email and then didn't follow through and are now lying about themThey didn't send a coupon codeThey didnt ship my product on Friday as promised & of course no tracking number because they didn't ship anythingI have purchased and received another brand of toothpaste & that experience went greatThey recently refunded my money for a product I didn't receiveThat's the minimum of what you Have to do in businessProper customer service, integrity & communication is a mustTheir negative review is validIf your product is out of stock, your website should list it as soWhich is why it was listed on [redacted] as out of stock, because [redacted] wasn't going to let them take customers money for an out of stock productIt said currently unavailable and they didnt know when it would be available againIf a company has inventory issues, then they should contact me as soon as they know(although stock was apparently a problem before I purchased) I shouldn't have to hunt you downI'm the one that contacted themAlso, see the recent review attached from another customerProper communication is a mustAt least when you go through [redacted] they give you actual facts, not alternate ones
The customer did order our product and was made aware of the delays in shipping in a prudent and reasonable amount of time (transcription attached)Our
inventory was en-route from our manufacturing facility to our distribution centerIt has since arrived and orders are shipping per our expected schedule When the customer contacted us we explained the details of the delay and refunded the cost of shipping as well as upgraded the shipping speed for the orderThis item was purchased with a discount code so no additional discount was offered at this time. The customer must have misunderstood regarding the delivery of their tracking information, no tracking info was promised or offered; as the distribution center had not initiated the shipment. The customer proceeded to demand product for free, accuse the business of theft and make threats of contacting your agencyWe elected to cancel the order and refund the customer for the full amount tenderedThe customer was notified of this immediately. In response to the suggested settlement I feel that the customers request is an attempt at theft under the duress of a negative Revdex.com review
