Subject: Need for assistance; followup on complaint no [redacted] Aloha Revdex.com,Mahalo for your sending to TruValue Services my complaint no [redacted] on April The owner, Haven A [redacted] responded on the same day that he would issue a refund, writing to you that "I'll have it sent asap." I responded to his statement on April to address some of the concerns he noted in his responseYou indicated that I need not take any further action; however, it has been almost two weeks since MrA [redacted] responded that the refund check would be in the mail "asap." Thus this inquiry for assistance I am writing because I would like the refund (it has been since March when he first promised to send a refund check) and don't want to lose my rights to get it back through other means, if you cannot help me, e.g the Consumer Advocate or Small Claims Court Please advise whether my filing with Revdex.com does constitute a complaint filed against the company and stops the statute of limitations from running in the event that he does not send me a refund check as he promised? I also noticed that TruValue Services is registered with Revdex.com so is it possible for you to de-register him if he does not send a refund check as he stated he would do on April 26, perhaps noting that further action will be taken to de-register him should he fail to do so by a date specific e.gmust be received by the complainant no later than May 12? Can you also check if he is still in business? Thank you from a consumer in need of your assistance[redacted]

Aloha since complaint I have been in contact with customer keen, assisting her along the way insuring that the process of home repairs and damages done will be a process that will be done correctly and professionally, I've been following up with customer, every week to check on progress , since...

incident occurred we both came to terms on our own worked things out and now became friends instead of customer . I will keep following up with her to make sure the project gets completed

Have t had time to issue a refund .  I fixed there problem , and another one occurred since I was the last one to touch the appliance normally the customer will point. Blame to the tech, I know this because I'm a former sears tech , it happens all the time .I have calls scheduled weeks in...

advance so I decided to just refund her back take the loss and move on . i haven't had time to mail a refund to her yet I explained to sharon numerous times how the process works and I was switching banks or in process of. Explained it takes time to send a Refund and as soon as everything. Is balanced and checked I'll issue a refund . She keeps sending me mesg at 2am -3am tgis custiner has issues and I refuse to do business with her . I was polite , professional and did all I ca. To explain what happens next and I'll have it sent asap .  Uve  s run across plenty customers like this I've been in the service field for over 20 years ... I explained that there's time when I do all my bookkeeepinb . and she fails to mention irises her appliance for free
