I really wanted to leave a good review, I really did, I waited months for them to fix problems so that I could, it isn't going to happenThe staff is nice, they do not have a high pressure sales approach, but the jeep I bought from them has had a check light on since week and their choice of trusted "mechanics" is questionableBefore I made the first payment on my Jeep it threw a transmission code and developed a random misfireTook it in and they honored the 50/warranty even though it had been days and not 30, great, month warranty on work even betterI really appreciated itBrought it home, transmission is noticbly slipping and getting stuck in second, transmission mount is loose and it's leaking atfI have it towed in to not damage the transmission, they do who's no what and tell me it's fine and tell me to pick it upOn the way home throws code, stuck in second and has a fun rattle in the trans mount it never had beforeThree weeks later I finally get the contact to get it to their trusted repair shopThe "shop" turns out to be an unmarked airplane hanger and as I am dropping the jeep off, I am approached by two disgruntled men on motorcycles because of some problem with the shop ownerShop won't take responsibility for the transmission that was paid to be repaired, Chadwick tries to give me my half of my payment back to wash their hands of the problem, and I'm stuck with a broken vehicle at a shop I wouldn't trust to fix my shopping cartMy biggest regret is all like the people I referred to this dealership before the problems startedI want to believe they aren't malicious in their actions and I am some special circumstance , but after seeing their trusted mechanics business practices in action I would no longer refer anyone to this businessUpdate they "replaced" the transmission with a rebuilt unit, only to find out it was a used unit, Jeep is still undrivable one day after returning home just in time for its fourth monthly paymentThe End
This prime example of a used car dealership agreed to buy back the jeep in exchange for taking something else off the lotI thought everything was good, except when we traded it for a car of the same value, we were anxious to get rid of this car, after receiving the final loan docs they financed the entire value and did not apply our down payment or money spent on repairs into the new loanBasically they took our money againAlso after looking closer the model vehicle we traded for had used tires older then the car itselfWe tried trusting these people to do the right thing and it just backfired over and over againStay away, go somewhere with a little more integrity
