An absolute ripoffTypical smoke and mirrorsThey pay for expensive billboard on highway to get broke down people to think they are the real dealThey are a jokeTrip to Sturgis, blew tire on the roadI had just bought new spare before I left, and new it was less than $I changed tire beside highway, but saw other tire had dry rot problem not seen when checked before tripCalled these guys, and was told "yup we got the tires"Drove to location, and should have knownPlace looked like a junkyard, and probably was"*** ***" comes out and asks if we were the ones that calledTold him yes, and that we wanted new tires changed and mountedHe then says he misheard me and he didn't have the tires, but he could get themHe wanted to take one off to take to tire place down the roadI should have just left then, but agreed to get the project goingHe and his helper go to get camper jacked up, and it was obvious they had no clue what they were doingThey plodded through the first tire and finally got it off.Luckily, his boss was contacted and picked up the new tiresThen he couldn't run the tire machine correctly, and myself and my buddy had to direct them how to use itFinally he got the tire on the rim, myself and my buddy took the tire and installed it on the camper while they changed the spare outMy buddy and I then started to remove the other sideFinally *** *** came out and we put the new tire on the other side while he changed the last tireAll told minutes labor as we worked the camper tooWhen I asked for the bill, they charged double the price of the tires, hour minimum labor, disposal, shop rental ,tax, etcto the tune of $I asked how they figured this, and I was told this was "business procedure"Then to top it off miles down the road, after having them check tire pressures which were supposed to be at psi, we found they had no clue what they were doing with the pressure gaugeThe tires had only psi in themTrux R Us is not reputable, and are crooks, with no qualified help
