TRX Software Sales

I HAVE BEEN READING THESE REVIEWS AND WANT TO MAKE A COMMENTI have been using TRX for a number of years and have not saw the problems I have been reading in these reviewsNot sure if people are making up these reviews or they have the wrong program

It is very difficult to give a review of the product when for over a week I have had support issues with the software I purchased the one that listed my state of Utah as a support state only to NOT be able to select it in the program I have has issues with logging in, adding a tax preparer, accessing the tasks that I as the administrator should be able to access They claim that they have fixed it multiple time but it still is not working properly I was told that they have NEVER had these issues with anyone else - making me out to be an ie Even my daughter who is it support for Apple cannot figure out what is wrong I am demanding a refund

I have been a TRX customer for years. When they resold other professional tax programs I had no problems. Starting 3 years ago when they began selling their in house developed tax software the problems started. This year has been horrible. The software simply does not work. I stopped using the software after completing and efiling 15 or so returns. Almost all of them had errors. The IRS held up paying refunds for weeks because the software didn't send complete efile returns. I will have to do several amended returns to fix errors the software created. On many returns the CA would net efile. I had to print out the CA returns and have my clients mail them in. I used another software package to print out the returns as the TRX software doesn't even handle the print process well. They have not produced software to prepare many state returns. When asked they say maybe next year. Never was I notified that certain states would not be included. I have had to buy another software package to prepare returns correctly. I paid $350 for software that does not work. They promise to fix things and never do. All in all a terrible tax software company.
