At this time, I have been contacted directly by Try The World, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business contacted me finally after emails attempts and several attempts to call them
directly, but it was over a month before I received the email from themThey claimed that they would cancel my membership right away and refund my moneyThey did refund my money in about another week, which is ridiculous since they took the money out immediately when I first joinedThey however DID NOT cancel my membershipI had to go in times on my phone to try and cancel it, each time it still went back to active, so I finally went on a regular computer to try and cancel itIt finally says "pending cancelation" whatever that means, so we will see if they take more money from me on the *** of this monthThe girl Kimberly lied to me about canceling the membership right away, but that is not surprising.

Hi [redacted]I'm sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us. I've checked our correspondence and I see that my colleague Amanda wrote back to your first email on November [redacted] within 4 business days. This email was sent to you on November [redacted] and explained the issue regarding your order and offering possible solutions. I do not see that you replied to this email, so it is likely that you did not receive it or it was filtered to your spam or junk folders. I also see that you wrote to us a second time on November [redacted] using curse words and threatening language. We don't usually respond to customer who use this language, but Kim was kind enough to help you. According to our records, your credit card was refunded on December [redacted] in two separate refund transactions. The first was for $21 and the second was for $36. Your Try The World account was cancelled on December **, 2016. You will no longer receive charges or boxes from Try The World.Best,Try The World Customer Experience Team

I signed up with Try the World on October *. Received a message, after my payment hit, that within *0 business days I would receive a tracking number for my first box and delivery would be *4 business days from October *. Here it is October ** and still nothing. I'm due a second box (signed up for a three month subscription) next week. I have sent them email messages and also tried a live chat on their blog. All I got from those attempts was a reply which read "[redacted]". I also went to their Facebook page, sent several messages and finally got a response from Diego with a whole mess of excuses. All I want is what I purchased and if it's not going to come, refund my money.
