Company did not use my debit card even though it was provided.On August 20th, 2015 I went to the storage company to have my belongings returned to Buffalo, NY. I provided my debit card information and instead of using my card, the used my friend's credit card. It has not been resolved, even though I spoke to [redacted] the manager, twice to get this taken resolved.Desired SettlementThis has been extremely frustrating and I would like $899 refunded. On July 23, 2015, the customer made an internet reservation with[redacted] to transport one [redacted] from [redacted] to [redacted]. The customer used her credit card ending in "[redacted]" to guarantee the reservation. The initial charge of $127.70 for the rental of the box was declined, the customer then gave[redacted] her son's ** ending in "[redacted]" to pay the current charge. The [redacted] left [redacted], and in-transit to [redacted] tried to charge $896.00 to her card, it was declined. Once again the customer gave[redacted] her son's ** to pay[redacted] for the shipping of the box to [redacted]. Until the [redacted] arrived in [redacted], Tryon Mini Storage had no involvement in this transaction. After the [redacted] arrived in [redacted], the customer decided to ship the [redacted] back to [redacted]. On August 20th, the customer told me to use her card ("[redacted]") for the return shipment to [redacted]. The [redacted] was shipped on August 26th. On August 28th while the [redacted] was in transit to [redacted], the customer's card ending in "[redacted]" was declined. Tryon Mini Storage's obligation ended when the [redacted] left [redacted] with the proper credit card on file to be used for the transportation charges. The customer, using two credit cards, paid all charges and no more for this shipment, therefore, she is entitled to a refund. Consumer Response The card used for the shipping of my things by[redacted] was not my sons. The ** was mine;[redacted] in [redacted] and [redacted] used a credit card provided by a friend, [redacted]. He was paying an additional charge that the [redacted] office needed. [redacted] and [redacted] had my debit card information but used [redacted]' card both times. When I spoke to [redacted] in [redacted], she said[redacted] used the card that was used when the reservation was made and I told her it wasn't. My card information was provided in [redacted] NY as well as [redacted] NC. At no time no one said there was a problem; they went ahead and used [redacted]. I spoke to [redacted] when I came back to NY, I spoke to [redacted]. She had [redacted]'s card for the move from NY. I called ** in [redacted] to tell him to use mine; I gave him the information off my card but I was told by [redacted], in Raleigh, that [redacted]'s card was used. At no time was Tryon mini storage given permission to use [redacted]'s card. I called and spoke to **, twice, to get this resolved. He said he would vontact[redacted] in Raleigh. I never heard back from ** so I then contacted the Revdex.com.Thank you,[redacted] Final Business Response It would help my response if the consumer listed the card numbers (last four should do) as our records show two different cards were used for the entire transaction. The second card was used after the consumer complained to the [redacted] NY office. They reversed two transactions, $126.10 and $896.00. One card is a [redacted] and the other is a [redacted]. So, which one belongs to the consumer?.
