Wasted my time and left me high and dry
I contacted Tryus Moving and Storage early in August concerning my residential move from Peace River, AB to Kamloops, BCInitially, when I spoke to MrRon W*** I was treated very nicely as a potential customerI told him that I had gotten a couple quotes from other moving companies and I was not happy with their quotes or their delivery datesMrW*** reassured me on his "reputation" that he could do my move and do it for a more reasonable rate and he could deliver my belongings on or close to September 1stHe said he was familiar with where I lived in Peace RiverHe asked me to submit an itemized list of my belongings which I promptly didThis was on August 6, Since this date, MrW*** has been "too busy" to talk to me during business hoursWhenever I have called him, he has been on another job and has asked me to call him in the eveningsI have called him several times in the evenings to talk about my move, to discuss the list I had provided and to discuss rates and moving/delivery datesHere it is August 18th, and I have yet to get any kind of confirmation from MrW*** that my move can be at all completedThis evening, he went on and on about all the jobs he has been involved with once again ignoring me as a customer and ignoring my moveHe then suggested that I go ahead with another moverMoving is a very stressful time, and I thought I had found a firm which would take care of my stressI have waited and waited for this gentleman to get back to me to say that my move is still a "go"He has wasted my time! I very stupidly put all my eggs in one basketBUT I believed him and had faith in him
