I rate this business POOR, I went and stopped in to look at a car they had for sale. the owner Ammar was there and he told me what he had for cars. I had to go back the next day after he cleaned off the cars to take one for a drive. I liked the 05 Nissan he had for cheap money. and he was going to take my car as a trade. I told him I wanted to take the car to my mechanic. in which I did. my mechanic said it needed repairs. I brought the car back and told him it needed repairs. long story short he agreed to fix the car after some disagreement . I would pay for parts even as long as labor was free. he agreed. I came to his station to give him a check for 500.00 deposit. he said No, he wanted Cash only and 2000.00 cash ! so I ended up giving him 2000 cash. as I was told not to. however I did get Everything in writing about him fixing the car, the deposit etc. a week goes by and have not heard from him. he NEVER answers his phone. Very frustrating to call after giving someone 2000 and no response. so I went to see him. told him he had a week for fix the car and I would pick up the car on a Tuesday giving him another 7 days to get the car done. he agreed. I had to take time off from work on the next Tuesday to go pick up the car, expecting it to be fixed and expecting to go to the registry. I gave him a time of 3pm I would be there.. so when I got out of work I sent him a text saying I was on my way......he called and said No, car was not fixed, come tomorrow.!!!.. after waiting already 10+ days for the car !!! I was upset of course and I went there anyway to pick up the car... and then he did not have the title ready either since it was an out of state title and said he could not give it to me because he had to fill out paper work to go with it. !!! so here I am giving him 2000 and the car Still not fixed and No title and I had to take time off from work to pick up car and go to registry and now I couldn't. I was [redacted].!! he said come back at 7pm to get the title. I called him at 7pm 2 times.... NO response Again !! ...so now I have a car with No title, and No registration. I should have Not picked up the car to begin with. but he had 2000 of my money as a deposit. ! then the check engine light came on. it would not pass inspection and I had it brought to my mechanic the next day. and then I brought it back to the dealer the same day as mechanic and said I do not want the car and I want my money back. the owners brother called to get involved. but then told me he had No money to give me because they spent it all at the auction !!! Really !!?? I wanted my money.! so then they gave me a post dated check. told me 7 more days I needed to wait......called on the 7th day to go get the cash from him as he said to come back on the 7th day to get the cash and return the check. so I texted the day before and the day of to Ammar to get the money ready and when I left work to go get the cash he called and told me he did not have the money Again and to come back Again tomorrow. !!!! I said No, I was calling the lawyer and the police. his famous line is to "come back tomorrow". POOR POOR business !! Bad horrible service and they don't honor what they say or sign either. and they don't answer the phone and just took my money and make excuses why they don't have the money to give me after I returned the car to him. . and I had to wait for him for a half an hour also to get my car back and my title too as his brother said he would be there and he wasn't !!! .....very frustrating and very poor business. don't give this guy cash .!! you wont see it back if you return a vehicle. he never fixed the car and had it 10 days. he kept saying he would order the parts but never did. I hope nobody buys a car from them, if you do bring to Your mechanic First. and never give him more than a check with a few hundred dollars to hold a car. so Now I am fighting to get my money back. hopefully he will give my money back in cash "tomorrow " as he says. but his word is never true. we will see. otherwise off to court ....
