We do not offer "Free Products" we do not send our customers samples, we send a 30 Day supply on a Trial period to build awareness of our products and services.  We recently received your complaint #[redacted] regarding your [redacted] account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on August 11, 2017.The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $94.95 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product." These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to.Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.95 when your trial ended. According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on September 22, 2017 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then. I see you called back again on September 22, 2017 with your Bank on the line and spoke with a Representative as a courtesy, the representative provided you with a 100% refund. You were refunded $94.95 T[redacted]Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

I got duped into trying the so called 'free sample' for a 30 day supply from an article by Men's Health on the internet. What I didn't see was that after 14 days, they automatically charge your account for the month supply (talk about false advertisement). There is nothing free about it. So when you ask questions, they offer 50% off the price for no questions asked OR you can ship the product back for a full refund which will take a month. Most people won't take the time to do it so they make $50 the majority of the time. It's a shame they do business this way. Beware!

TS Health has deducted unauthorized payments from my banking account. They had gone unnoticed for a while. Now that I am alerted to it, I will dispute all of the deductions. This company also goes by other names (deducted from my account)
GenesisFS Card S Agent PMT and OAPLILSOPALISLEHEALT xxx-xxx0996 AZ.

I have stage 4 cancer and call BS on these scams.

It is a shame the Revdex.com had to be involved ro get this company to reverse their unscrupulous business practices. 

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
