Called TS heat and air for a second opinion and it was the best decision I could have made Saved me over $to complete the same work Service tech took the time to explain everything and was very professional

Outstanding performance by all TS employees from request for service through job completion.

I called two different companies and TS Heat and Air was out that same morning with a great technician. I ended up getting a new Heating and Air system and I am extremely happy with the service, work and cost.

On 2-20-15, TS Tech [redacted] came to check my heater problem out. He got right to work. Within a very short time, Travis had found the problem and corrected it. He was very knowledgeable about the make/brand of unit and took the time to not only explain what was wrong but how he fixed it. He then explained that this is a known problem with this make of heater. He then showed me how to fix this known problem myself if I felt comfortable doing it. Travis was professional and polite and nice. I will use this company again for any heater issues or air conditioner issues I have.

The [redacted]'s heating and air conditioning system was installed on June 15, 2012. The manufacturer provides a standard 5 year parts warranty. We registered the system with the manufacturer for the homeowner so the parts warranty was...

extended to 10 years. The manufacturer's parts warranty on the system expires on June 15, 2022. The manufacturer's warranty only provided a replacement for the failed part. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover the labor to replace the part. We provide a two year labor warranty on all of our changeout installations, the labor warranty on the [redacted]'s system expired on June 15, 2014. After the labor warranty expires the homeowner is responsible for paying for any labor charges for replacing a failed part. The [redacted]'s were charged a $99.00 service call to diagnose the problem with the system and a warranty repair fee of $85.00 to replace the failed part. They were not charged for the warranty part, the $85.00 repair fee is for the labor charge to install the replacement part and to file the claim with the manufacturer for the warranty part. If the failed part was not covered by a parts warranty the repair fee would have been $180.00 for this size of capacitor plus the $99.00 service call for a total of $279.00. We use a flat rate price book that is standard to the HVAC industry to determine our service pricing.
