This customer did not purchase the product from us. He purchased the product through a distributor of ours. He did send it back to us and we could not find it at our location at first because it was miss sorted. We have been in contact with this customer since finding the product and we have sent the paperwork to the distributor he order it from to inform them that we have it back at our location. It is now their decision if they want to refund him or not. We are the manufacturer of the product. This customer also at one point contacted FedEx and threatened to contact the police if they didn't locate the package.
