Ms [redacted] and myself and a representative from our corporate office have worked together all week on trying to resolve her issuesWhen Ms [redacted] left my office on Friday, she has decided to drive her vehicle and I hope as well as she does that the issues have been addressed as she has wishedWe here at the dealership are going to continue looking for another vehicle that might fit her needs and at that time we fell that we will be able to trade her cars and in the mean time she will have her full Certified VW Warranty to care of any other issues that may arise.--Thank you-Jon B [redacted] -General Manager

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Momuntum VW of Clear Lake - GM Jon B [redacted] (ph# 281-848-5500) along with the assistance of corporate office "Sonic" customer relations manager Vicky Comer (ph# 704-927-3446) and I are finally communicating, however still nothing has been resolvedI am still driving the VW Passat purchased 9-15-I feel it has definite electrical/computer problems being dysfunctional and unsafe.They refuse to accept my suggestion of resolution...allowing me to return the Passat for a refundI have countless email and phone correspondence of this for the last weeks.Momentum VW has said they will "buy the Passat back at $11,000.00" (I paid $15,cash + taxes/fees)Showed me a ugly base model Jeep Liberty and also a base model VW Jetta, neither of much value or eye appeal to trade for PassatYet again purchasing a second vehicle at full retail and selling the Passat at wholesale so they can profit from me again!"This is a dramatic emotional and financial loss for me!"I am shocked how this business has such poor customer service and is taking advantage of people!I deeply regret the day I ever stepped foot into Momentum VW of Clear Lake!Regards, [redacted]

We have, as requested by Ms ***, returned two checks to herOne for the $ down payment and another for $ for the bank fee to stop paymentWe have verified with our bank that both checks have been cashed by Ms *** and we consider this complaint resolvedThank You !

When they discovered the mistake, they still had the car and should have made good on their end by giving me the car. Or they should have found a car with similar color make model and mileage wh oh they did not. How can a business take your down payment, have you sign paperwork and hours later, sell the car to someone else?If they would have let me take the car the day I did the paperwork,this would not have happened

I see that they are reviewing the complaint with a new manager, so I am assuming that they will have a new response after completing their review I am still expecting a full refund The car is sitting in my driveway, and I will have it towed back to them, or they can pick it up They can give me a check for the refund either way I am waiting to hear their decision As I stated before, I will accept a refund, but if they refuse, I will seek a refund and all additional costs under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act

The Black Jetta at the El Paso dealership is no longer available-This is the time of year that leftover inventory becomes less and less available because of the new 2016's arriving daily at higher prices and people buy up the less exspensive vehiclesFor instance our dealership normally carries about New Jettas in inventory and as of today we do not have a leftover Jetta in stock

Our sales Rep explained in detail to Ms *** that the only vehicle available in a Model with the *** Radio System was indeed located in El-Paso TexasMs *** told our salesperson they couldn't wait that long to aquire a vehicleHe then explained to her that we had a VW
equipped the way she wanted but without the *** Radio SystemHe then told her that it did have an upgraded radio system with speakers and that she should come and take a look at it, and listen to the stereo, which she did, and agreed it did sound great At that time she agreed to accept that vehicle and buy itAgain, not only did he explain to her that it did not have the *** Radio System, he showed her the Window sticker attached to the car showing that no where on the document did it say anything about a *** system, which means we did not charge her for a *** Radio SystemWhile in our dealership the other day she admitted to us that her and her Husband inspected the vehicle in detail before signing any of the paperworkMs *** owned and drove her new vehicle for almost weeks, and during that time had numerous conversations with her salesperson, and never once brought up the issue of the *** RadioAbout the survey, our salesperson did indeed ask Ms *** to give him a perfect report on the survey, and explained to her that if for any reason she couldn't give a perfect survey because of some issue, to please let him know so he could take care of whatever that might be, so she could feel comfortable in giving a perfect score. About the gas, every single new VW purchased buy all individuals receive a full tank of Gas regardless

I test drove a Jetta and asked Blake M***, to find me a car exactly like the one test driven, only that it be black with black interior.Blake (sales rep) gave me information regarding the that I test drove to take to the bank for financing, which was a Volkswagen Jetta, Vin #***, that Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake would sale me with tax, title, license, for $23, This vehicle included the *** Stereo System, Sunroof, Heated Seats, etc.I was told the next day that there was a Jetta, black with black interior, but it was in El Paso, and that Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake, did have one exactly like the one I test drove, and the exception was it was a with a few additional computer gadgets that made it $1,more I then asked Blake, "does it have the ***", and he said, "yes" I said ok I did not test drive the as I was told "again" what I just mentioned, that it was exactly like the Jetta with exception that it was a and it had a few extra computer gadgets for $1,more Both parties (myself and Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake), agreed to sale the for not $1,more, but $1,more, and Blake M***, said he would only sell it for only $1,more with the exception that we pick it up that Friday I believe you can verify this with Blake M*** directly.In the last response via Revdex.com, it was mentioned we were not charged for the *** Stereo System, and if that is the case, then we were overcharged for the VIN # *** - selling price of $ 25,144.86.Please send full description of both VIN # vehicles listed above with complete information.Once again, I asked that Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake find me the car I originally wanted, and I am willing to take a depreciation on the that I purchased, with intent that Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake, honor the price that was originally quoted to me I have received no response that Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake, wants to make this right, nor has any representative once listed a name in response via Revdex.com, which makes me question who I am even speaking with?And, if Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake, is unable to find a 2015, as they are all already gone, per Momentum Volkswagen of Clear Lake, find me a with the *** Stereo System, as I originally requested, and honor the selling price of the that I purchased, as both parties agreed I would pay $more for a vehicle exactly like the that did include the *** Stereo System, Sunroof, Heated Seats, etc
