This customer purchased a 10 pack of Mystic tans on 6/17/2015. On 6/17/15 she used 1 of the 10 pack leaving 9 remaining. She did not return to the salon until 7/9/2015 at which time the Mystic Booth was out of service and waiting on repairs...
and parts. She did purchase an airbrush tan at that time. Due to the inconvenience on 7/10/2015 due to a service report her package which was scheduled to expire on 6/15/2016 was extended to 7/15/2016. The business policy, Which is visibly posted is All SALES ARE FINAL. On 7/17/15 she contact the billing and service company again demanding a refund, to which the company policy was explained again, she was offered to exchange for credit toward airbrush service and refused, and demanded a full refund including the tan she had used because she had to pay for child care. She was told the salon is not responsible for her child care needs or expenses. She was then advised that the management company would contact the owner to get approval to override the No Refund, policy and that it could take up to 2 weeks to get a reply from the owner and then it would take up to 45 days to issue the refund due to the accounting cycle. Then on 7/21 She submitted an electronic comment card that stated she wanted to use the money toward other purchases at the salon and so she was contacted again and offered the store credit which she refused. The owner did approve the refund and it was sent to the billing company to process with the monthly bill payments. She has now harassed and verbally abused the salon staff and the billing company staff as well as posted her comments and harassment and name calling on social media. She has been informed that once the Revdex.com case has been concluded her refund for the unused portion of the package will be issued. She is also no longer allowed on the salon property due to the verbal abuse of staff members.
