T&S Superior Contracting

Scott *** was contracted by my Father, Charles E. *** to complete repairs on our home at *** Grand *** Lane, Panama City, FL. Mr. did some of the repairs and left and did not return after being paid except once when he met with my Sister, Angela White, acknowledged he had more work to do and said he needed to run to Home Depot to pick up a down spout and would be right back. He never returned and will not respond to phone calls from her, myself or my Father who all have an interest in that property. He did call my Father around Memorial Day weekend and said he would be at the house to meet with us the next day. He did not come to the house. He did not call. He did not respond to our calls. My Father is 90 years old and very sick. We need the work completed as my Father has turned the house and business matters over to me and I can't get insurance on the house until it passes inspection. Also there is the matter that my Father paid him the agreed upon amounts to have the work done.

This company started in February 2019 to fix our siding and to replace 3 windows caused by damage from hurricane Micheal.The work was started in February it was not complete,parts of the siding still had damage and only 2 windows were replaced.WE paid him in full,on Feb 18,2019,with him stating he will have the 3rd window by the following Monday and he put blue tape on the spots of the siding that needed attention.We didn't hear from him for weeks,me and my wife sent numerous messages to him with the same promises to get it done the following week.He finally came out completed the siding end of April this after my wife told him we were going to report him to Revdex.com and sue him we have giving him months to make this right...We still haven't gotten our 3rd window its been almost 3 months he keep giving us the run around.Our mortgage company needs to send out an Inspector this is holding us up for months we need this resolved.
