Charged three months of service for a cancelled deactivated system.
Replaced system with *** system in July (I believe the 18th) requested by phone an invoice for the balance remaining in the contract. Never recieved an invoice and was still charged for the service. Called again December 5th as I was still being charged. Nothing has been done and I was charged again on January 3rd.
I want a refund for $194.25 for the five months of monitoring I never received as the system was disconnected. And confirmation in writting the system has been cancelled and the invoice for the balance on the contract to submit to *** for payment.
On April 11, 2017, client signed a 60 month monitoring contract, the balance of which must be paid out upon cancellation of service. Client was advised in December that we MUST have cancellation notice in writing and that any payments recieved until then would be credited towards balance client owes on monitoring contract term. We have recieved neither cancellation notice, nor payment of remaining term of contract. With 27 months remaining on contract, balance of $1,048.95 which includes all taxes must be paid and written cancellation request received.
