moved to NYC during and he worked in NYC.? A very difficult return to prepare? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? bMr*** signed an engagement letter and the e-file authorization required for us to file the return electronically? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? cMr***? returns were e-filed and accepted by each of the governing authoritiesThere was some notices Mr***? subsequently received and we wrote multiple letters on his behalf.? He was not charged additionally for any of those letters.? We had several correspondence with Mr*** and we responded to each of them.We have no idea what basis Mr*** has for his complaints.? He continues to feel his return was not complicated however it was as two files had to be established because of the uniqueness of his residency change and employment.? We have copies of all documentation, signed authorizations and engagement letters as well as government confirmations, copies of letters etc.As a firm we take great pride in our work and customer satisfaction.?
