I was promised by Lou [redacted] of Cobalt Logistics Services, LLC. that the engine block would be picked up with the car. I believe Colbalt Logistics Services was deceitful with me to gain the business and I am greatly discouraged by their lack of trust and integrity. I have an email from Lou [redacted] from Jan. 24, 2017 stating as follows: "Just ship it then."(The engine block)" I will find out what Cobalt wants to do. 3 parties that are responsible. Driver, Seller and Myself. (Lou [redacted] ) ..." Following his instructions, I had it shipped by LTL. Thereafter he called me and said that they will not do anything to resolve/repay me the cost to have the engine block picked up and delivered to my address. We are not incorrect and I spoke to everyone involved and affirmed the entire storySo we stand behind the service we provided. some clients just try to get something for nothing and we did exactly what we were hired to do and that is allHe did not hear us wrong as we ship alot of cars and have for many years and our clients do not misunderstand us at all.I am willing to help him out on another maybe discounted shipment but that is just to help him out because we are a great company and have a great reputation

I am rejecting this response because: The response by Cobalt Logistics is false. It was clearly explained to me via telephone conversation by Lou *** of Cobalt Logistics that the engine block would be picked up as part of the total cost I contacted Lou the morning of the pick up to let him know the driver refused to take the engine block. Once contacting Lou he said "I should have refused the shipment". However according to the contract "Once the truck is dispatched" and I were to cancel, I would loose my deposit of $ $Thereafter I contacted Lou numerous times with little to no response. Once I did receive a response it was totally one sided! I would urge anyone considering using Cobalt Logistics to look elsewhere
