TSD Builders - Timothy S. Dubuclet - Owner

Review: On May 28,2013 I had my house located at [redacted] sprayed for termites by [redacted] Pest Control Company and was informed that wood had been left under the back porch which had been poured by TSD Builders which caused termites to form a trench under the house. I was also informed that the back of my house which had been elevated by TSD in 2011 had two (2) jacks supported by 4X4's under the house instead of cinder blocks. On several occasions I called Mr. [redacted] to inform him of this situation and he never answered my calls. I continued to call and finally Mr. [redacted] answered and stated that the wood needed to settle the concrete and made no mention as to why the jacks remained under my house. My house was raised in 2011 and this is 2013. I would not have known these problems were there had I not had it treated for termites. Mr. [redacted] did not respond as to what action he would take to rectify this problem. I also contacted Patterson House Lifting Company ###-###-#### who raised the house and spoke with a manager named [redacted]. He came out and went under the house and took pictures to see if one of their employees that left the jacks, etc under the house. He then contacted Mr. [redacted] and stated they would come back on June 3,2013 to determine what action should be taken. Of course, no one showed up. I again contacted [redacted] (Patterson Company) and he informed me he had not heard from Mr. [redacted]. He stated Mr. [redacted] was very busy building his banquet hall and was very involved in other projects. I truly don't care Mr. [redacted] was involved in I just wanted him to correct the problem at my house. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and finally spoke again with him on June 18th and he stated he would contact me when he finally slowed down with his other jobs. Again he was contacted in July and I was informed his truck was broken and he did not have a lot of employees anymore, but he would get back with me. On August 1st I again contactedDesired Settlement: both Mr. [redacted] and Patterson Company and as of this date no RESPONSE. It seems these companies get awarded contracts to do substandard work and they are not held accountable for their actions. Patterson House Lifting Company need to supervise this action also. I am asking that the wood be removed and cinder blocks and rods are placed where the jacks and 4X4 currently are in placed.
