*** ***when I spoke to *** on the phone this morning she said "we are not willing to use the same bond they used on you in Miami) she wants to use the same bond shes been using.that bond did not work the past attempts, so I do not understand why she would want to use it again*** also said she would bond my original hair system "only if she can find it" and when I agreed to that she said "i have many things going on, I do no have time for this" and she hangup the phoneall im asking for is the hair system that I paid for which is a front lace system, and to use a bond slimier to what they used in Miami cause that bond workedi gave *** many chances to get my hair system to stick and she has failed but im still wiling to give her another chance*** is blaming my sweating to be the problem but the bond they used in Maimi works fine***s husband promised me last Thursday on the 19th of may that he will use the same bond and order a new hair system for me and he made an appointment for me to come Friday27th to get the system bonded but Jenifer called me today to tell me that she has changed her mind

*** came in to purchase a hair piece from us and we sold him a lace front He told us that he works out a lot and sweats profusely We explained to him that if this piece did not work for him we would try a different base on him, (all poly base) and we did at no extra cost to him
He went on vacation and from the heat and sweating the piece came off so we referred him to a place we knew of to help him re bond the hair system while he was on vacation We even called the facility we referred him to so explain the situation to them so he didn't go in there with no assistance The rebonded the piece for him He called us when he returned and asked that we give him a different hair piece that this other company was telling him about for free This is not an issue with a hair piece it has to do with the bonding and his sweating We found out what bond the facility used on him that he liked He said he wanted the original piece we put on him back bonded to his scalp and we made an appointment for him so we can reattach it All my staff have worked on *** Sayed and spent a lot of time trying to help him and accommodate him He said it was fine he would be in on friday to reattach his original hair piece Now he is making complaints to the Revdex.com after we made appointments to make sure he was happy
