To the best of my knowledge this requested repair was taken care of the week of April 9th customer dropped off vehicle for described repair April 9th and picked it up on or about April 16th, This issue has been resolved.
We would like some time to compile all service records for this vehicle before and after the sale as well as the details of the warranty, We will send all documentation as quickly as possible as we would like to maintain our A+ rating with the Revdex.com. TSG Auto purchased this vehicle at auction we performed a 60 point inspection and performed deemed necessary repairs which totaled $437.42 we advertised the vehicle on the internet and sold it to this customer, the previous owner put aftermarket wheels and tires on it which is how we purchased it the tires were 22"s I believe the manufacture calls for 18"s since the customer found the car on the internet she must have found the tire and wheel package to be attractive at the time of purchase every dealer sells vehicles with oversized tires on a portion of the vehicles they sell everyday in [redacted] and elsewhere however when the customer called and complained three months after the sale we agreed to replace the tires free of charge $1281 wholesale cost we paid the entire bill. While we had the vehicle we looked into a clunking noise in the front end we repaired what we determined to be wrong brake pads machine front rotors sway bar bushings lf strut as well as cooling system repairs total bill $1472.84 of which the customer paid $550 since then its been 6 months and I don't know how many miles the vehicle has it has had two repairs at another service facility on two separate occasion's the warranty company has paid claims 1 for $625 and another for $480 as far as being told she cant take it to another service facility it clearly states on the warranty contract that if you are outside a fifty mile radius you just need to call for an authorization for repair obviously this was a hard problem to diagnose since she has had it at the other repair facility on multiple occasions as far as not answering calls that's not true I answer all my phone calls and emails everyday the claim that you cannot cancel the warranty is not true I checked with the warranty company and at this time depending on mileage on the vehicle she can get a refund of $1815 .Since the warranty refund is not an issue I would be happy to refund $550 for the amount paid previously at our shop
