TSG Renovations

TSG Renovations just completed a bathtub replacement for us that included the building of a beautiful deck of onyx surrounding the new tub They were recommended to us by the Jetta bathtub store in town We were so pleased with this company's integrity and performance James and his wife, Yana, met with us initially to gather information about the project They were so easy to work with and took our wishes into consideration every step of the way Each day of the project, James arrived to review the progress of the day before and to go over that day's goals with his two wonderful builders, [redacted] and [redacted] An electric saw table was set up in our garage so they could cut the wood and onyx that would be used to build the tub deck [redacted] did precision cutting, while [redacted] masterfully put things togetherThey worked well as a team on everything They made multiple trips up and down our stairs carrying loads that I would not have even tried to manage - and somehow made it look effortless [redacted] and [redacted] were not only diligent and efficient, they seemed to really enjoy their work One day, [redacted] came early just so she could be extra sure to be there so I could leave for a meeting after letting them in [redacted] offered to check on a door to our bathroom that was not opening properly and repaired squeaks in our floor that had annoyed us for years They were so thoughtful and kept things amazingly neat and tidyJames has high standards and oversaw everything I noticed that TSG does not cut corners in their work For example, I noticed that they laid plastic sheeting between the tub and the concrete underlay, which I read is recommended (and ideal) but not required I cannot say enough about TSG to express how happy we are with their work and integrity It is obvious that they care about their customers and about their reputation in the community The finished product is beautiful It is relaxing to know in advance that the next time we have a kitchen or bathroom projectwe already know who we are going to call
