The complaint is against Tiasia J, has a hair company TSH Hair Company and the website www.tiasiaslayshair.com. I ordered some hair from this website early morning of July 17th. On the website it tells you to pay for the hair using ***, the name is *** and the phone number attached to that *** is ***. So after I ordered I paid $224.70 through *** and I sent her a text message to acknowledge the order. On the website it says orders take 4-7 business days for shipping. On August 3rd is when I got a notification that the shipment was on the way.
On August 7th I requested a refund through ***, she quickly declined the request and said check email, hair is on the way. I then sent a message to her through Instagram telling her that I had no other choice but to request a refund since I never got a tracking number or any update and she then stated on August 10th that the orders were delayed and the number I was texting was not working and she'd get with her assistant for a tracking. August 16th I reached out again on Instagram and asked for a status on the shipment and if she couldn't provide one that I wanted a refund. She then responded and said she'd have her assistant process a refund. I then told her this was a huge inconvenience cause I waited over a month at this point all I had plans and I wanted a refund but that never happened. On August 31st I asked her was she scamming me since I never received the product or a refund and she responded, that I did business with her before so I should know it wasn't a scam. So my question was, well what is it then since you never shipped the hair or gave my money back and that products being shipped 80 miles up the road shouldn't take any more than 2-3 days. And I told her this was not a good look for her business and she shouldn't do people like that. I reached out to *** for resolution but they do not have a dispute process which allows these fake businesses to scam people once you send the money to them.

Refund Today it has been 4 and a half months and Tiasia J has not reached out or resolved this issue with me at all but she's continuing to run this hair website and she continues to do hair at her house and is able to get away with scamming people. I have been more than patient without any resolution whatsoever. *** doesn't have a dispute process. She has not responded to my refund request in cash app. She's constantly posting on social media where she's selling hair and posting pictures
Tiasia J has sent the funds back through *** after my third request to her. The first two expired and the after the third one she finally responded on the funds were back in my account on Tuesday December 24th. Thank you guys for reaching out to her? I believe she saw your notification and decided to pay me back.
