Review: On October the 10,2013 I brought a shirt over to have letters printed on the shirt for a football game October 11,2013. As I check out I was told my shirt would be ready early October 11, 2013. I attempt to pick the shirt up October 11,2013 @ approximately 2:00pm by sending my daughter in the store to pick up the order. My daughter was told the shirt would not be ready until 6:00 pm and that wasn't what we were verbally promised. I then attended the store and ask why wasn't the shirt ready. I was told that just cause I wasn't promised a exact time my shirt could be ready at any time. The owner said my daughter had been very flip with her so they put her shirt to be finish at the end of the business hour, 9:00 pm. I told the owner that the time would not work for me and I needed my money back. The owner told me that she was not gonna give me my money back. I ask what is the return policy. The owner said there is none. I call Kenner police to mediate the matter but they were not able to convince her to complete my order, and she would not budge. I left the store paying for services I did not receive . I was given my shirt back the way I brought it in. Treated horribly. No refund. No services. No store credit. The order was placed after 5 o'clock on October 10, 2013. During order my employee [redacted], explained we will call as soon as order is complete (no time was given, as no time was written on ticket, see attached, please note ticket is signed showing that there is no time on it). Her daughter called the shop at 10:35, we took a picture of phone number on caller Id and asked if the shirt would be ready by 5. I said no. She said ok, and the call was over. Daughter came in at 2:36 pm to pick up shirt, before she was called, and I explained to her that the shirt was not complete and that I had told her it wouldn't be ready by 5'oclock. Her daughter started to curse at me which is caught on tape. They were not verbally promised any specific time. In fact, I had told her daughter earlier that day it would not be ready at 5:00 o'clock. She too got very very rude and started cursing about wanting her money back. I explained that the vinyl lettering was already printed and I could not give her the money back since the vinyl was already done. She became rude and started to curse. I called security and they asked her to step out. They were also trying to explain to her, as I did, that if she needed the shirt by 5'o'clock why didn't they tell someone that yesterday. She wasn't even hearing anything myself or security was saying. Security had to ask her to step away from the store because she would not stop yelling and cursing, can get security report. I explained to security that it could be ready for 5-6 and they told her that, but she was only interested in seeing a return policy, which we have posted, see attached. The police officer showed her the vinyl that was printed and explained that she could not get her money back. She told the police officer that her husband was a lawyer and she would sue.

Since the vinyl was already printed when she arrived, which she saw, the amount which can be refunded is $10.00 after subtracting the cost of vinyl. If this is agreed upon, she would need to pick up from the security office since she was formally banned from our store due to her behavior.
