Review: October 21st me and alex agreed and filled a contract for a 91 honda accord. He was supposed to swap the engine from his accord into the othet accord. I gave him $500 depoist to get started on the veihcle, and according to the contract I was supposed to pay the remaining balance of $2000 by 12:00pm on april 17th. I was only able to come up with $1800 by that date so I told him I wasnt going to be able to get the car since I wasnt able to come up with the whole amount. So I asked for my $1800back and he was going to keep the non-refundable depoist. He told me he'd rather take the $200 loss and give me the car for $2300. So we agreed on that, i've gone to pick up the car when he told me it would be done by and everytime I go in the car hasn't be ready. I told him if I could have the car or my money back and refuses to do either.Desired Settlement: I want the car done and ready to be picked up by june 1st, or get my $1800 refunded.
