Company charged me 275.00 for deed add on for[redacted] time share. Then sold company and never completed the job. I am requesting full refund .company sold after they collect and cashed a $275.00 check for[redacted] deed add on, they were referred by[redacted], but after the owners husband died, she sold to a new company and did not sale any accounts or software, from new owners explanation. I have payed check copies and have notified[redacted]. I have been left to do this my self and repay for services. I want a full refund from [redacted] or will file snail claims court case. I also have emails of services to be provided for my fee's.. They cashed my check but did not file my documents which also cost me another 145.00 in notarization and filing fees to do my self.Desired SettlementMy original 275.09 collected and not filed or completed , plus extra $145.00 in double notarization for 12 notoriaries, due to the lack of them not completing there agreement. Plus additional filling fees that I had to repay that were already paid to [redacted]...
