To whom it may concern: It was brought to my attention that the frame Amelia purchased in August has been discontinued and was no longer available and our optician tried to order temple tips that would fit her frame. Unfortunately they did not exactly match and patient was not
happy. I spoke with Amelia this morning to let her know that I was able to reach out to our Gucci Representative and found a frame to replace the one that she currently has. Ms.  [redacted] sent me a copy of her statement saying that we charged her card twice. I can see where she would think that when looking at her credit card statement.  It shows a charge of $300.00 on October 24, 2016 that was authorized.  On October 25, 2016 it shows the...

charge pending and later it shows that it was approved same day.  After further research and phoning our credit card merchant service three times we were again told that she was not charge twice.  I received a phone call from Ms. [redacted] on December 7, 2016 and told her I would phone her back again after I spoke with merchant services. I did phone Ms. [redacted] back and left a message if there was anyway she could ask someone at her flex spending account to phone me.  I tried to phone her back several times afterward to see if she had received my message and received no response.  I believe this has something to do with her flex spending account and that they would need to do research on their end.    I have enclosed an attachment from our credit card merchant services.  According to Merchant Services Ms. [redacted] credit card was charged once on October 24, 2016 for the amount of $300.00.  Merchant Service also researched the credit card number again from January 1, 2016 through January 1, 2017 and said there was only one charge found for that credit card number.    Please phone me with any questions you may have.   Thank you, [redacted]

I have attached, again that TSO has a pending authorization on my Payflex account. No they did not charge me twice, they authorized my card two times, collected on one authorization and left the second authorization pending waiting to be collected. By doing this, they have tied up $300 in funds which I can no longer use. This is my complaint is that I was advised by Joanne that the pending authorization would have to fall off after 30 days, which was 15 days longer than I had to utilize the funds. To date the authorization is still pending.
