Tumblr's reply here contains deliberate distortions and omissions of this very messy history, and therefore it is a LIE! I apologize for the intensity of this language, but this behavior is inappropriate, and unprofessionalI have been very patient and persistent, but refusing to acknowledge that or Tumblr's part in creating this mess only further complicates these issues.It is true that my January ** request on my *** account was promptly remediedI appreciate itHowever, this has not always been case, and I still have outstanding issues on the *** account that have been ongoing for MONTHS! For example, a video was removed and Tumblr agreed this was removed in error and restored the videoHowever, the video (when restored by Tumblr) would not playI made a support on 11/**/16, and then followed up on 11/**/16, 11/**/16, 12/**/(when I realized a second video no longer playback), and 1/**/I have never received a response.On 11/**/16, I was told that two videos were restoredOne of these videos would not play backI replied to this email, and received no responseThe video still does not play back. On 08/**/16, I emailed about another video removalI don't know which video because Tumblr does not include links or tracking numbers with their appealI followed up on 09/**/On 9/**/16, I was told to appeal the remove through the abuse link (which I'd already done.) I replied on 09/**/16, and 10/**/Tumblr replied on 10/**/16, again sending me to file an appeal through the abuse linkI followed up on 10/**/and 11/**/16, and received no response(I appealed at least twice...possibly more.)There are other examples, but I think you get the idea.I have also calledI have tagged @staff and @support multiple times so that we could have a conversation about thisI have done everything I can to reach out to Tumblr and remedy this issuesTumblr's response has been to ignore meCurrently, the following videos do not consistently play back:*** (This one did actually playback on my first attempt today, and then stopped.)

All videos were recorded on my phone and have the same specsThey were uploaded the same wayNone are excessive longI replayed EVERY video on the *** account through the same browser (***) and (apart from one that I apparently never appealed, and the two listed above), all the others play.What do else does Tumblr want me to do? They have made it clear that this is aggravating for them, but how do they think I feel? I'm posting content that my mother, my coworkers, and children followIf there is adult content then _I_ want it removed, tooI'm not creating the problems, Tumblr isThen Tumblr is refusing to address the problems they've created, and treating me like garbage for raising the issue

I rebut: I was not notified on June *** Had I received that notice, I would not have had to write four more letters to get a response, nor would I have involved the Revdex.com in thisTumblr only sent me that message today after they read my complaint hereAnd their reasons for termination are full of allegations, which they will not allow me to respond toI can accept the termination, but the allegations are slanderous.They claim: "We have also responded to the user's email regarding their account to provide the ticket number of the original termination notice." I rebut: Sadly, the ticket numbers they sent me, they know full well are not available for me to review due to the terminationAnd the claims that they had sent me warnings a year ago - they were also sent without the ability for me to see the supposed offenses and fix them or make amendsI am not sure if there is anything else to accomplish here, other than to leave this as a record of their practicesBut I feel like they have put up a smokescreen to the truth, which I fear may never really be revealedSo, I felt compelled to, at the very least, object their allegations. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]I wanted to respond one more time, but this is basically a closed case.I've tried to play these videos on two browsers on my laptopOn my phoneAnd on a computer at workThe videos are not technically different than any other videos which I recorded on my phone and uploaded through the Tumblr appYet, they seem to play for Tumblr and will not play for me across devices or software.It has taken MONTHS for Tumblr to tell me that "well...it works for us...so go to the help forum", despite numerous attempts ON MY PART to resolve this problemAnd this solution is really passing the buckWhat if this nor method STILL WON'T HELP OR RESPOND? Then we're right back here, only with a closed caseI'm pretty reasonable to want these issues addressed rather than prolonged.I don't know what to do, except to say that I am very disappointed in a company where I give good content, and help to create their goodwill, but where I have to escalate things JUST TO GET BASIC ISSUES ADDRESSED.You know, in all of this, I'm just trying to ensure the company's services are working properly, and in two Revdex.com responses, the company hasn't even said, "I'm sorry." You know that's free, right? It doesn't concede anythingAnd it doesn't change anything, but it lets me know that someone is listening.
Regardless, I don't have solutions at this point, and Tumblr obviously doesn't want to take any steps to remedy this on their own, so...I guess we can close the issue until the help form leads us right back here

We appreciate the user writing back. As we explained, we have restored all videos reported to us and have sent the information to our engineering team to determine why the content was originally removed. With regards to the two posts in this latest correspondence: http://[redacted].tumblr.com/post/151083794050/slo-mo-bunny-charge-whelpyou-know... of these videos play for me. The first is a 33 second video of the bunny approaching a hand in slow-mo for head scratches. The second is a 9 second video of a bunny being pet. If the user would like to contact us at our help forms (www.tumblr.com/help), we'd be happy to try and troubleshoot why the video isn't playing for them but does play for us. Hello,The complainant reported the post on May **, 2016 and we responded on May ** after reviewing the content. The photo appears to have been taken in a public setting and was not violating the complainant's copyright, so it there did not violate our Community Guidelines, which are located at...

[redacted] As such, we did not remove the post. We explained this in our response to the complainant, reiterating the reason we could not act when they wrote in again. Per our policies, we cannot take further action at this time.

Unfortunately, as we explained to this user in previous correspondences, we can't give out login information, nor can we change it since that would violate our policies on account security. As a user has control of their own account, we leave it up to them to keep their login information up to date....

Since there is nothing further we can do, we've been unable to respond differently to the user's emails about the same issue.
