I moved out of the Allegria due to continued noise disturbancesI complained several times to the office and they could not stop neighbors from being disruptive all hours of the night
I asked to waive my lease cancellation fee but they did notI was unhappy with their decision to not waive the fee and I expressed my opinion to them
Since then I have had problems getting my move out deposit refundThey told me they mailed it to my old address which should have forwarded to my new address but it did notI called the post office to confirm my mail forward was in affect at the time and it wasI was receiving mail forwarded but did not receive my deposit refund
They told me it was mailed and if I did not receive it it was not their problemI asked to cancel and resend my refund checkThey told me they would look into it and I still have not heard anything or received my deposit refundI moved out sep I should have received my check days from that point
