Paver Masters is not associated with the license number you have, which is also the license listed on the contract with Xtremescapes [redacted] is the sole license holder and just cancelled the license February 22nd, The CA contractors board has also received Mr [redacted] s complaint and is addressing it with [redacted] I hope this clarifys things

I am rejecting this response because: Once *** *** agreed to take over responsibility for the business, he also agreed to finish uncompleted projectsIt is his responsibility to complete the work or return that portion of the money that was paid for work that had not been completed! According to *** ***, he had provided $50,for *** *** to complete work or for reimbursement for work not completedWe had to hire another contractor to complete work, which cost us $15,

I am rejecting this response...

because:The job is "completed" to the company's poor standards. The fire pit is not functional and the drip system is hooked up to my neighbor's water line. The side yard is also improperly grated for drainage, so with the last few days of rain, there is a lot of standing water near my foundation. The business has been contacted to fix the issues, and claims they will be "out next Thursday to take a look at it". If my previous interactions with the company are any indication, I may see someone next month to repair the issues stated above. I have literally paid $11k in full for a yard with several issues. My neighbor is paying to water my backyard, the firepit that costed $5200 of the project does not function at all, and the drainage issue may cause damage to my home. They have left my yard in worse shape than it was before it was landscaped. I reject their response and wish to keep this claim open until Paver Masters fixes these issues.

Hello I wanted to let you know on this complaint everything was taken care of to the customer satisfaction please contact her she will let you know everything is taken care of on my end.The complaint for the fire pit was because there was not enough fuel in their propane tank to run it by then so them to go fill their tanks and it worked perfect. The drainage issue was due to the dog digging near the foundation and diverting water towards it I went and remedied it by filling it back up to grade I [redacted] her husband to watch the dog digging in the foundation as I can cause issues. The drip era geisha and system was hooked up [redacted] also get some extra jet for them let me know if you need anything else thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Per Jayson Buster he has legal documents to prove Lucas Schopper took over the business and was responsible for completing our Patio contract.
