TSW Alloy Wheels

Review: Purchased custom wheels (Dominus 22" Black Wheels) for my 2012 Range Rover back in August 2014 TSW--Redbourne Wheels. They were put on by NTB (located in Boardman Ohio) who is registered dealer and who actually placed the order for the wheels to be put on my vehicle. After about two months I started noticing that after I wash my car brown stuff would come from small holes on the wheel. There are 5 holes in between the lug nut holes. I took it back NTB and was told that it is from rust that is forming because water is building up in those holes. It is not able to drain because it is up against the hub. So the water sits there and begins to rust the hub. So after it rusts anytime I wash my car the water settles and when I drive off brown stuff (the rust) sprays all over my wheels. I complained to [redacted] at NTB. He basically told me there is not much they can do because the wheels were purchased from TSW and they just put them on. [redacted] reached out to [redacted] (the main sales rep for Redbourne wheels by TSW) and [redacted] basically said its not considered a defect, so they can't refund me my money. Said that I should complain to the dealership about the way the hub is made (recommended this as one of the solutions. didn't say it in a rude way, but the suggestion didn't make sense to me). Said I should paint the hub as well. My factory wheels do not cause this issue, it is an issue with they way those wheels are made and there is no disclaimer on the site. It sits up agains the hub and any water (from rain, washing car etc) can't drain immediately. So it settles and causes rusting on the hub and on the back of the wheel. I can't put these wheels back on my car again, so I would like to have money refunded for wheels and the tires that I had to purchase to go on the wheels. I have screenshots of the website, photos and video of the brown rust. [redacted] is aware of my complaints as well.Desired Settlement: I would just like to be refunded for the wheels and the tires that needed to be put on the those custom wheels. I am not interested in another model, just would like a refund. Total is $3,303.48
