Please review complete proof from TSW Financial that we no time during the transaction were aware of any issue with this vehicleAll proof is attached including the Department of Motor Vehicles report, Copy of the Title, and auction ticket showing purchase of the vehicle by TSW FinancialTSW Financial does not do in house financing and so a car without a clear title cannot be financed by a traditional bank like the one that financed Mr [redacted] s vehicleThank you for your time

The car was looked at a month later after several calls, when I did get it up their the fist time which was supposed to be checked fully..I was told that ball joints was replaced that really didn't need to be.the same thing what's going on I'll call back and have to tow it back up to the mechanic shop by my expenseand the same mechanic shop that looked at it at first told me I needed an alignment and new tires which I couldn't understand why they didn't see that the first time since they was supposed to check the whole truck..I took it too [redacted] which is were my vodied warranty from [redacted] told me to go which they said it was a list of things..the warranty was supposed to cover the computer diagnosis but I end up paying since they said I didn't have a warranty...I took it to [redacted] **..N his diagnosis was similar to the mechanic shop on little York.and now the truck start when it get ready..so now I been n a rental car for about a month cause even when I did replace the tires it was still doing the same thing this is a nightmare now I have to deal with this on my credit, then I still have to pay a note an pay for a rental car cause u never know when the truck going to start I had to two it from my kids school from the grocery store so I rather pay for a reliable rental car..I am in the process of buying a new car it's more down but it's reliable..I know I want get anything back from this truck.so I just stop calling..I just feel like if I was told something from day one then that's the way it should have been..I learned my lesson this is my first finance vehicle and now my credit is messed up..I bought a car from Good Year Motor n they are in house finance company n I had one problem the years I had itAnd they got right on it, my luck with in house finance is way better, one even swap my car out that I had issues with so I'm just glad I can go purchase another one.Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,

We are sorry Mr [redacted] is having car troubles and we try to deliver a quality product The vehicle was purchased used back in March of this year so its been monthsMr [redacted] did purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle which covers all the major mechanical parts We also have n open balance with Mr [redacted] on his down payment of $which has not been paid to date Thank You, TSW Financial

We have done everything we can to make the car satisfactory including repairs to the ball jointsWe have to go by what the mechanic diagnosisThe mechanic we use is not employed by us as he does honest work and has never done us wrongAt this point our mechanic has looked at the car twice and has test driven the vehicle many times and there is no issues with the vehicleThanks

ticking noise from the engine.  We took the truck to our mechanic and it was found that it had a bad lifter inside the engine so we had it repaired at no charge to the customer.  The car is ready for redelivery.  We do not do any refunds after purchase of a vehicle but we are always willing to help if one of our vehicles has a mechanical issue after purchase.  Thank You, TSW Finanical [redacted]
