Jim *** of TSW Roofing Solutions was responsive to my inquiries, knowledgeable regarding treatments (we have a metal roof that has an area with a rubber membrane, and two through chimneys - so, it's complicated), and sensitive to our situationThe TSW crew ( JJ and Brandon) were personable and impressive craftsmen who treated our property with respectWe have had TSW come back and handle a small task and Jim and Brandon treated us with the same care as they had for our large initial jobWe are delighted to know the folks at TSW and for us there is no other roofing company!

I've dealt with TSW Roofing Solutions on two different occasions. The first, I had a leak in my roof from the massive snow storms we had this past winter. I went to my neighborhoods Facebook page and saw postings of other home owners with the same problems. There were two company's that people referred and I reached out to both. The other company was very responsive came at a time in our schedule but dealt all through text message and didn't have any official papers. TSW cam when our schedule fit, had all the paperwork, and had an answer for all questions. Needless to say I went with them. They replaced my roof within 2 days of signing the contract and I've been happy with my roof ever since.

My second time working with them, we had our gutters back up and started overflowing pushing water into our ventilation boxes. Tom at TSW came over the same night and assessed the situation, found the problem, and offered a solution. We signed a contract with them again to get new gutters that matched our specific house color. Now their gutter department isn't as big and we were put on a waiting list to get it done. It took about a month and a half to get it done and we didn't have any problems in the meantime. That would be my only knock on them. Gutters look great though!

P.S. - My basement was constantly flooding and because TSW did such a great job with my roof I asked him if he had a recommendation for a Plumber. Of course he did and I reached out to get my flooding fixed. Not only did the gentleman he recommend come over the day of , he offered a solutions, and didn't charge me at all! My basement hasn't flooded since and I'll refer [redacted] to any one as well. Needless to say TSW Roofing Solutions has helped save me thousands in damages. I'll recommend them to anyone who'll listen.
