Horrible experience, especially at the end Took twice the time to complete as quoted in the contract "Best efforts" pathetic Two words describe this builder...SLOW and SLOPPY Buyer beware BEYOND DISAPPOINTED:
Mold growing in the attic within years due to defective installation of expensive Icynene Foam Insulation
"move-in" dates and, even then, a HUGE punch list that took TWELVE MONTHS to complete
Builder threatens me with legal action for talking to "his customers" and will only communicate through his lawyer #SLAPP???
My wife had to manage the project for the last six months with an easel set up in the kitchen and dealt directly with subs due to incompetent supervision by assigned project manager
Many other customers experienced even worse problems
Complaint list is too long to post here
Many customers intimidated and afraid to tell the truth for fear project will take even longer They just want to get it over, get company out of their lives, and move on
Will be happy to share more FACTS with anyone interested
