We stand firm on our offer to fix the mirror. We are happy to inspect the breaks and if they need replaced we may possibly help with it. There will be no other responds on this matter. The state investigator has been to the lot and is aware of everything that has been going on. We provided him with the as-is copy also. 
Your credit has never been discussed with anyone, and also the phone number was disconnected and we posses a recording of that phone call.

Customer purchased her car from us in working order. She came to the lot signed paperwork and than went to the bank to sign paperwork regarding her purchase. Her credit was so challenging that we did the impossible to get her into the car. At the time she was very thankful and gave us a 5 star...

review on our facebook page. Shortly after her purchase, she took her car to bruneel tire for a check up. It is a mechanical shops responsibility to upsell her on "repairs that needed done". One job that bruneel claims needed done is the brakes on the car we sold. We replaced the brakes on the Land Rover prior to selling the car, they are not used they are new breaks and we have the receipt to show it. The passenger side mirror was broken on the car, we did promise to fix it and we still stand behind what was promised. The customer insists on new breaks and we are not going to take off brand new breaks just because bruneel said so. The transaction never included any type of break work. Customer decided to take the car to Bruneel after point of sale, and she is more than welcome to replace her brand new breaks if she so chooses.
We have the customers mirror, and we are more than happy to put it on for her. She was completely disrespectful on the phone when she spoke to me, she accused me of not standing behind our promise. At this point we have contacted her, and he phone is disconnected. We will not issue any type of check to compensate her, but we will gladly fix the mirror and even inspect the breaks at no cost for her.
None of this is put in writing, and the fact that we are still willing to take care of what we promised should speak volume to our customer. She is unreasonable and rude but we will still take care of the issues. At this point after so many 1 star reviews from her friends and family on our facebook to try and prove a point, we will require that those are removed because we have been more than reasonable with our customer.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: never had friends put a review I put if anyone knew what actions I could do because the car that I got was not delivered to me the way I purchased. The sales man knocked on my door and said by the way your mirror is broken.  The next day the black trim was popping off with gorilla glue and also have all the pictures to prove it.. Also the CD player was in working order but the. It also didn't work when they delierverd it to me.. You can also contact the tire company and they will tell you it's used brakes not new ones.. Have the receipt to prove it. I want a check on what the brakes will cost me or I will terminate my contract.. And will want back the 2000 I put down and the 325 car payment I have paid since by law I didn't drive it off the lot so contact is voidSincerely,[redacted]

The mirror was not broken but was delivered broken. CD player worked fine but when I got it it has several CDs stuck in it.. The trim was perfectly fine but next day broken off and smeared with freshly painted gorilla glue. Check brake pads was not on but turned on next day and have taken it to 2 places and they also confirm no new brakes have been put. Have an appt tomrrow for a third evaluation at another place. The way I purchased the car was not the way it was delierverd to me!! I feel like they did somthing to it. You fired your old mechanic because what he did and not don't want to take responsibility for it.. I have the state investigator looking into this who says I have a case and also a lawyer who also claims in the state of Idaho a sales man cannot deliever a car because contract is void. If that car was that way the way it was delierverd to me I wouldn't have bought it . Also I have phone records that tt auto has not contacted me at all. My number has been the same for 3 years now. I also have channel 6 on ur side wanting to speak to me but haven't done an interview in hopes they will pay for the brakes . You claim to put new ones but two companies have confirmed they are not but old parts to it. I will send another fax tomrrow after the third company sees it. After I changed my review the owner threatened me when I have proof of everything also isn't it against the law to discuss my credit (professional) also I have sent out phone records where tt has never contacted me at all.
