T&T Custom Carpentry & Remodeling

Review: John T[redacted] of T&T Custom Carpentry did a basement remodeling job for us in May/June of 2015 and was paid in full for his services upon completion of work. Part of job was installation of new floor, the type of floor that he recommended. Almost immediately it was noted that floor was lifting in some areas. John did come out and could not explain why this was happening but agreed that it should not. He said he would follow up with [redacted] where he purchased flooring. Initially, John responded to my text saying that he was sorry he hadn't follow up but for passed 2 months he has ignored my texts and phone calls. Is there anything you can do to help in this matter?
