If you need something to be processed DO NOT go to Aurora Grand MeatIT TOOK A WHOLE month to process our hog when they said it would only take days When we did finally get our meat the smoked AND cured hamsteak still had blood running out of it When we got home we were missing serval items We called the company they said " Oh someone must have picked those up and took it home." I don't know if it is Disorganization or Dishonesty but I am not a happy customerAnd one of our packages had freezer burn! Which made me question if it was even the same hog we dropped off
