[redacted] , I want to apologize for everything that went wrong with this shipmentI am the [redacted] of T&T Express Shipping LLC, and I have become familiar with this situation We somehow inadvertently mixed up part of two shipments from two of our customers, who had the same or similar namesWe are working to see what best possible way we can reunite the correct items with the rightful owners In regards to one of the customer calling the other’s home; it was an error on behalf of our agent in TrinidadThat information should never have been given out for any reason, and for this I deeply apologizeI have spoken to the customer about this, as I am greatly concerned about this situation, and they have assured me that their intentions were not in any way negative or threatening, and if that’s what was assumed, they themselves are sorryWe have requested that the customer no longer contact [redacted] or try to resolve this problem, which began with us However, I have spoken to [redacted] ***, and we have agreed on an amount which will compensate for her troublesThis matter should be resolved within two weeks Moving forward, we will communicate with our agents to ensure that no one’s personal information will ever be given to anyone again for any reason, and must stay within secured area at all times Thank you, [redacted]

I want to apologize for everything that went wrong with this shipment. I am the [redacted] of T&T Express Shipping LLC, and I have become familiar with this situation.
We somehow inadvertently mixed up part of two shipments from two of our customers, who had the same or similar names. We are working to see what best possible way we can reunite the correct items with the rightful owners.
In regards to one of the customer calling the other’s home; it was an error on behalf of our agent in Trinidad. That information should never have been given out for any reason, and for this I deeply apologize. I have spoken to the customer about this, as I am greatly concerned about this situation, and they have assured me that their intentions were not in any way negative or threatening, and if that’s what was assumed, they themselves are sorry. We have requested that the customer no longer contact [redacted] or try to resolve this problem, which began with us.
However, I have spoken to [redacted], and we have agreed on an amount which will compensate for her troubles. This matter should be resolved within two weeks.
Moving forward, we will communicate with our agents to ensure that no one’s personal information will ever be given to anyone again for any reason, and must stay within secured area at all times.

Review: On 08/**/2015, T & T Express Shipping LLC collected two boxes for shipment to Trinidad and Tobago (TT) where a receipt was given and the sum of US$252.00 was paid. I was told that the packages wold have been delivered within 21 days. On arrival to Trinidad, only 1 box was received on 09/08/2015 where a fee of TT$450 which was the cost of paperwork for 2 boxes. When I inquired about the other box, they advised that there was an error and the box was shipped separately. They later advised that the shipment was lost and they needed some time to locate the box. With no feedback from the company, I visited the office on 09/**/2015 at [redacted] and was told that they still needed some time to locate the box and gave me a claim form to complete, which I did. They advised that I would be contacted but to date this has proven futile. Despite numerous calls to them for an update, promises to return my call continue to not be met. I contacted them today and they advised that the box was located in Miami but was not shipped to final destination of Trinidad and Tobago and with no reason given for the continuous delay. I advised them that I would be visiting their office on 10/**/2015 and I would now like all of the money expended refunded to me. I still have not received a returned phone call, explanation or anything.Desired Settlement: Since the item (crib set) is no longer available for purchase and other similar items are much more costly, I would ideally like to have the item delivered as agreed in immaculate condition at no additional charge. If they are still unable to locate the item, I would have no alternative but to request a full refund of the purchase price of the item US$383.28 plus shipping cost of US$102 for a total cost of US$485.28 and have it replaced at my expense.

Review: A few weeks ago I shipped some items to Trinidad and Tobago, with this company - upon opening a few of the packages I discovered that two of my items got broken and that they included someone else shipment with my items I contacted the company informing them, of such. I also inform the representation of the company that I had since return to United States and at the moment I had no means of getting the wrong items returned to them, so that it can be return to whomever it belonged to. On April [redacted], 2014 someone claiming to be the customer of the wrongly shipped items, call my family's home in Trinidad and Tobago making threatening remarks about me not returning their items. Please note my my family phone number is a private unlisted phone number.

When my family member from overseas inform me of this I immediately contacted T and T Express Shipping company at [redacted] and ###-###-#### seeking an explanation as to why my contact details was given out to another customer, who then proceeded to contact my family with threatening remarks.

To date I have received no feedback from this company located at [redacted], PHONE: ###-###-#### & ###-###-#### FAX: ###-###-####, as to how my personal details ended up in the hands of another customer. The crime rate in Trinidad and Tobago is extremely high, and I have a great concern the hard working citizen of United States can run the risk of items shipped with this company to Trinidad and Tobago, be stolen upon arrival to the destination country, because of privacy breaches regarding customers details by T and T Shipping Company.Desired Settlement: Company to provide a refund check of $300.00 us dollars for broken items, and a change in company policy regarding disclosure of customer information to other customers

Review: I had a shipment of Insulated concrete forms located in Florida, I contacted this shipping company, spoke to a customer rep in NY because on their website states they ship to Tobago from Florida. I was placed in contact with Dwight in Florida. Gave him my information , he then said my stuff had to be set to NY to ship to Tobago ( not Trinidad). I kept asking for a price and I was never given one until my shipment arrived in New York. I was told $5000 dollars , I decided that was too high and I would wait to add more stuff. I decided now to take my shipment back, I had to pay $1000 dollars because they shipped my stuff from FL to NJ ( yes new jersey). When my shipper arrived in NJ 7 of my forms were broken (45 x 7 ) totaling average 315 without shippingDesired Settlement: I want my 1000, dollars back and payment for my 7 broken forms, ad change the website to state that they do not ship from Florida direct to Tobago in the west indies.

Review: In April 2013 I shipped 18 barrels along with other furniture to the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. On arrival in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago only 17 barrels were found. I had insured all the items with the Company and to-date the Company has not found my missing barrel valued $1700 US and I am getting a lot of run-around.Desired Settlement: T&T Shipping has the responsibility of ensuring I receive my barrel or reimburse me for my losses.

I refer to your letter dated October *, 2013, Re: [redacted] ID #[redacted]. I would like to please inform you that [redacted] brought to my attention a discrepancy pertaining to his shipment. I spoke to [redacted] on many occasions afterwards. I assured him that I was making every effort to locate his item and made frequent enquiries with the Port of Spain Office. In addition, I informed [redacted] that I will be travelling to Trinidad & Tobago during the month of December; amongst my top priority will be to personally assist [redacted] with the location of his item from the port.

I would also like to note that [redacted] had a claim of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700), however; the contract on our Bill of Laden indicates that this was a partial loss. The amount refundable is only one hundred dollars ($100.00), I am willing to settle with [redacted] the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
