Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me On Monday April 4th, TT New York called me stating they received my complaint from Revdex.com and they are sorry about this and unfortunately we are unable to get you the dress you ordered (after months of waiting, and people telling me arrival dates) she then stated they can help me find a new dressI declined the offer and stated I would just like a refundThe associate asked for my credit cr, and mentioned she's just finishing up some work and she will call me later in the day after my refund was processed Yet again I never got a call! So I called the next day, and now all of a sudden they can't issue me a refund "they can't process them through the store" "they have to wait for corporates response" I heard every bs excuse in the bookI them asked well how come yesterday everything was ok? And you were going to process it? No clear explanationThen she stated they can have the dress here within weeksI then asked, how come yesterday you told me you were unable to get it? I said I waited enough time for this dress, all I'm asking for is a refund The next day me and my lawyer called the store at 10am and spoke to the assistant manager he stated he has no authority to help me and to call back at pm when the owner Jimmy [redacted] Is in the buildingMy lawyer and Jimmy then talked, he was a snob, unprofessional then made comments making fun of my choice of dress for my weddingI was repulsedHe has no right to judge and make comments about meHe had nothing but nice things to say, when he took my money for the dress! He then told us a bunch of excusesMe and my lawyer decided to give them until Monday the 11th to figure out my refund or I will take them to small claims courtJimmy the owner stated someone from the store will call us first thing Monday morning when the banks openAt 2:after hearing nothing, yet againWe called and asked what's going on? Jimmy gave us no answer to when it was going to be doneAt 8:pm Monday I decided to call back, Jimmy answered the phone and pretended to be someone else!!!! I never in my life dealt with such a cowardHe put his sales associate on the phone and she took down my credit number again and issued me a refund right then and there..after weeks of hearing " we can't process it in the store" and taking me for a run aroundI finally got my refund!! I want to warn anyone shopping there, Jimmy [redacted] is nothing but a fraud and speaks nothing but liesWhen I tired on my dress August 19th he was raving " I made that dress, I'm the designer" I then find out the designer is Clarisse and I can get the dress less than half the price on HER websiteThen he pretends to be other people on the phone and slams the phone on hold for his brainwashed sales associates to deal withThis business is nothing but a scam, and run by con artistAfter dealing with this store, all the reviews I read about this business and Jimmy [redacted] are trueBuyers beware!! In response to complaint # [redacted] , Mrs [redacted] purchased her daughters prom dress from us back in March and upon the dress's arrival, came and got pinned for alterations in AprilDuring the pinning processes, there was no mention that the color was not the color the daughter had wantedOnce the dress had been altered custom to her daughters body, we are unable to exchange the dressMrs [redacted] picked up her daughters dress on May 16th from our Boulevard Mall location

In response to complaint # [redacted] , a refund was processed back in for the amount of $Since it has been brought to our attention, Accounts Receivable looked into the situation said the approval code was invalid and did not successfully processes on the first attemptWe successfully reprocessed the refund again on 3/5/for the full amount of $We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have causedTherefore this is case now closed

In response to complaint number # [redacted] , Mrs [redacted] was due a refund and it was processed on January 11th for the full amount of $It was brought to our attention that the authorization did not process successfully so we reprocessed the refund for Mrs***The refund was reprocessed on February 6th and we received confirmation that it processed without any issues

In response to complaint number [redacted] , Ms [redacted] purchased a dress from our [redacted] location on 11/25/and took the merchandise out of the store on that dateOn December 3rd, she contacted our [redacted] location when she noticed the size was not the correct sizeThe staff member that she spoke with explained that we could rush in the correct size for her but that she would need to drive back over to pick it upDue to Ms [redacted] living in Toronto, we could not guarantee that if we overnight the dress that she would receive it on time due to customsWe also offered to order her the correct size and ship it to her ground shipping for her to have for her next event, but Ms [redacted] declinedMs [redacted] was also offered a store credit, that does not expire, if she did not wish to keep the dress since her event had passed, again she declinedTT New York only allows exchanges or store credits to be processed within days of the merchandise leaving the store, but we are allowing Ms [redacted] an extension due to the distance Due to TT New York's store policy of "All Sales are Final" a refund can not be processed for the transactionTT New York is allowed to authorize refunds if a customer Special Orders merchandise that becomes discontinued, therefore we are unable to provide the merchandiseTT New York did everything we could to rectify the situation with the incredibly short time frame and distance, but Ms [redacted] did not wish to order the correct size inAttached are the emails between Nicole [redacted] and Ms***

TT New York was informed that the card was canceled due to fraudulent chargesThey insisted that they could not give me a refund without a cardThey received there money months prior to me wanting a refundwhy cant they had me cash or send a check? ?? The bank had been working with them, The bank made all adjustments to assure the refund would go throughAt this point in time the bank has not seen TT New York even try to put through a refundWHO are they kidding

TT New York is currently/has been in contact with Ms [redacted] credit union regarding her refund To date we have processed her refund different times and it will not process through our credit card processor According to her credit union the card we are trying to process the refund on has been closed which may be why the refund is not going through We will continue to work with her credit union until the refund is processed and this matter is resolved
