I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

I am not sure I follow your comment, or what exactly you are asking or implying, but I will answer the best I can, by looking at your construction scheduleWe don't contact *** * "right after" the contract is signedYou signed the contract on 9/27/On 10/2/you were sent the final plan to approve, which we received back from you the same dayFrom there it goes through auditing, to detail the construction process per the city's requirementsThis process normally takes 6-business daysYours did take a little longer, business daysFrom there it has to go to an engineerIt took two weeks to receive it back from the engineer, we received this back on 11/10/This is the point that the city will first be contactedWe deliver the construction plans, the engineer's plans, and the permit applicationThe *** ** *** * returned the approvals and permits back to us on 3/9/15.Platinum's time frame from the date the contract was signed to the point it was submitted to the city, was off track by business daysThe *** ** *** * took months to approve itI understand that the approval has been received back from the city for the re-route of your overhead electric line on 6/2/15, and our electrician has already completed the workToday is 6/4/15Again we are empathetic with your frustration for the delays, but we are moving as fast as we can with what we can control

Hi *** ***- I have reviewed your account extensively, and the statement is true that you did sign your contract with Platinum Pools in September We started the process with the *** ** *** *** right after thatThe permit process took until the first of MarchUnfortunately we
cannot control the length of time that it takes to get an approved permit from any cityWe have a Pool completion addendum reviewed and signed by you stating that the construction of your pool would be completed in days, excluding rain daysWe started your pool on March 18thToday is day of construction, and we have had rain days since we started your poolSo we have had construction days on your poolWe have 25 days remaining to complete your pool, so we are well in compliance of the terms of our contractI understand the frustration you have experienced just to get the pool started, and by looking at your construction schedule we should be done in well under days. Contact me, Wanda ***, Quality Assurance Manager, if I can assist you during the rest of your build***

*** *** sent this complaint within an hour after a visit from his project manager AND the contruction supervisorThese items were discussed with *** *** and are scheduled out for completion within the next several daysIf *** *** does not receive communication regarding these issues from
his ***, or construction supervisor, he can certainly contact me directlyWanda T*** *** *** ***Thank you

Our pool pump STILL doesn't work properly. My wife has notified Platinum that the plaster and pebble in the pool is warped and she was told to brush it. How does brushing it fix it? Our fire pit STILL isn't hooked up. We were told that everything would be done by the end of last week. This is completely unacceptable, considering that we made the final payment over three weeks ago. Also, we were told that the entire project would take no longer than 59 business days. It's been 68 business days so far. Weather played a factor for some delays but it hasn't been a factor for almost a month. I don't care if they have to work in the rain, work on the weekend, or work on a holiday to get it done, but we've fulfilled our part of the contract. Platinum Pools has not even come close.
Regards,

This customer has received her money. The check was on hold at the bank, pending an electronic signature from our owner. Her check was processed today, and she has cashed it. We are working with the bank to reverse the $12 bank fee.

I tried to reach Mr. [redacted] a couple of times last week, as our owner was traveling. A meeting has been set for next week.  Thanks, [redacted]

From May 5th, when you filed your first complaint, to May 22nd (which is 17 days), when you filed your second complaint, we have completed your deck, completed final clean up, completed final walk through, and completed interior prep for plaster. In addition there were 10 rained out days, leaving us 7 working days. We are now delayed by the city again, waiting for another permit to reroute your overhead electric service. We can not proceed with plastering the pool, until this reroute is completed, per the [redacted]. As soon as the permit is approved, the electrician that we referred to you to do the work, is standing by to complete the reroute. The delay sits with the City at this time.

Thank you, I also feel this complaint is premature.

This customer and I spoke yesterday regarding her plaster. We finished the pool 8 months ago, and she first contacted us 10 days ago regarding staining and streaking on her plaster. All the water balance reports she provided us shows chemistry imbalances, which contributes to the issues she is...

having. We performed a low alk treatment on the pool over a 5 day period, which resulted in a 60-65% improvement. With these good results, we recommended an additional two week period at a low pH level to try and achieve further improvements, which she agreed to. They are also not happy with the finish of the quartz plaster, but as I explained to her, the quartz plaster has a faux finish, and it is normal. Our treatment is primarily to remove stains on the plaster, and attempt to lighten the some of the darker streaks. Quartz is not discontinued, as the customer stated, Platinum Pools is no longer installing quartz, due to the final product was not meeting expectations, even though we disclose to our customers the faux look, they weren't expecting it to be as much as it is. So we made the choice to remove it from our showroom, and stop offering the quartz. We are assisting this customer with the stains, at no charge to the customer, but streaks can not be removed from quartz plaster, as they are requesting here. Thank you.

I have spoken with Ms. [redacted] by phone, and have sent her two emails, which she has never responded. This case is a manufacturer issue, and the manufacturer will be working with her directly. I have confirmed with the manufacturer that he has been in contact with her. Thank you, Wanda...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I have not received any emails from Wanda or anyone else at Platinum Pools.  The [redacted] Manufacturer did call me on Monday and let me know they were going to work with Platinum and one of their warranty providers to rectify the situation.    He said that someone would be calling me to schedule to come out but nobody has contacted me in that regards as of yet.
