This app has a 3- day free trial. I downloaded the app, saw it was useless and deleted it within 24 hours. I noticed there are lots of customer complaints about this company falsely charging people who have deleted the app so I went a step further and ensured it was cancelled, then I uninstalled it and actually wiped my phone and reinstalled my programs (I work in cyber security and became paranoid about this company's intentions if they're capable of falsely charging past customers so did a factory reset on my phone). I now find out this company has been charging me an absurd fee per month for NOTHING. It's not installed and I have no services from them but they keep taking my money. I contacted *** but they're not responsive. I want my money back and want them to stop charging me.

Other (requires explanation) I want them to apologize and refund ALL of my money back since they were not authorized to take a single penny. I also want a promise they will not charge me again. (I will be canceling this credit card once the matter is resolved since I do not trust them to stop charging).
