TTSI Payments

This merchant signed a contract with our company, engaging us to provide her with the ability to run credit card transactions through her two store locations The contract that the merchant signed is in no way tied to any separate agreement she may have with her software company, therefore her software agreement does not impact her agreement with us There is no clause in our contract with the merchant that says we will turn off an account that isnt being used The contract does state that the account will remain active until we receive written notice from the merchant, requesting a disconnection of service Upon written notice from the merchant, we terminated her account immediately, and ceased charging the monthly fees, that were prescribed in her contract with our organization

I am rejecting this response because: TTSI has worked with Info Touch for awhile and completely understood that the software had to be builtThis was made aware in the initial contact with the companyTTSI reached out to me before I could've finish with the software company and also made it a point that they basically were going to have me prepared and ready to go WHEN everything was finalizedThe representative even admitted that she was aware no transactions were being processed through my merchant service for the months that I had it She stated she tried several times to get in Touch with me but it appears she was more successful when trying to make the saleThey have every means of communication with the Info Touch companyConsidering they were aware the service wasn't being used they could consider refunding my monies for the service not used.

The merchant signed a legally binding contract with TTSI, to provide the availability to run credit card transactions within the merchants retail stores An account was established at the merchants request, and as prescribed by the contract the merchant signed TTSI did not deviate from any contractual obligations they had with this merchant TTSI closed the merchants accounts immediately upon her written request.Upon further investigation, TTSI has verified that the merchant did sign an "Agreement and General Release" for her POS software, which entitled her to a refund for that software, from the software provider In that release signed by the merchant, it specifically states that a condition of the refund is that the merchant will"make no claim to the credit card issuer or its affiliates, payment processors or any related party for a refund of any amount...".For the reasons stated above, TTSI has determined that no refund is warranted or obligated according to multiple contractual agreements signed by the merchant.Furthermore, TTSI has determined this complaint to be unwarranted, and as such, appropriately addressed and closed
